Great! Very tasty! A beautiful, cozy interior in the style of the best Alpine pubs. The cuisine is beyond praise, the portions are huge! Wonderful, very attentive service. I also got to the cheese tasting campaign, which is also brewed here. Tasty..

On the recommendation of Pavlodar friends, I booked a table for my birthday. The interior is themed, OK! The tables are very close - if there are noisy neighbors (like ours), there is a risk of not hearing each other. I liked the food. The prices are higher than in other establishments. But the service has failed - the desire to shake extra money out of the client is off the charts. They allowed me to bring my own cake - I brought it. Then they brought a piece of cake with a candle from the restaurant (I thought it was a birthday compliment!), which was then included in the bill, and its price turned out to be higher than for a whole cake. The bill included what was not ordered and offered to make a transfer to the waiter. I didn't want to tip after that! Tip: specify the details of the offers and check the invoice carefully.

It's a great place.On Solid 5, the service is excellent, the dishes on the menu are selected for different categories of visitors, cozy and clean....a little noisy , close to the category of beer restaurants as in Germany, there is something to level with .It's time to brew your own beer.

Posh restaurant, cuisine, service, interior 10 out of 10. When we visit Pavlodar, we only eat there. I highly recommend it, especially if you are passing through and do not know the city, but you want to have a delicious meal and relax from the road, you definitely will not be disappointed.

For the first time in Pavlodar on January 3 at 12:00, we were the first guests of this wonderful institution. Everything was delicious and fast. We really enjoyed it, if we are still in Pavlodar, we will definitely visit the Alpenhof. The waiters are great, the kitchen is on fire, the beer is great.

Yes! There are patriots in every city! I wrote about the establishments of Petropavlovsk and now there is a decent institution in Pavlodar. Beautiful interior, wonderful menu and delicious besides, caring and attentive staff. Very good. Thanks to the owners, it was done from the bottom of my heart.

A friend who lives there called a week in advance and booked a table at this restaurant, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the tables were all occupied.
They just forgot about us 🤦
There was one table available in the hall, but they didn't put us at it, they refused. Those guests were probably more important than us. It was very unpleasant when they offered to have dinner at the staff table.

I was celebrating my birthday. The atmosphere of a comfortable pastime. Excellent choice of dishes. The responsive waiter knows the dishes well enough. The cooking quality is excellent. The drinks arrived quickly. The beer is very tasty, as always. The kitchen is on top. I especially liked the surprise from the restaurant in the form of a cake with a greeting card. The form of greeting is also good, appropriate to the situation, without pomposity.
I want to note the interior especially: high-quality and expensive finishing materials, thematic design, Everything is done with taste and kept clean, while I have never seen the service staff.

The service is terrible. All the waiters are kapushi, they forget orders (and this is with incomplete boarding).
Having previously booked a table and learned about the availability of hookahs, we arrived at the beginning of 11, hurried with the order in the kitchen, after that they only said that they would not be able to supply us with a hookah.
There are no complaints about the kitchen, it's delicious. But there were questions about the bar. They brought a liter decanter completely filled with ice, 2 half glasses came out. The administrator Anastasia could not tell us anything useful about this. As an apology, they brought us a well-made lemonade.
As a result, the bill was brought, which included a cocktail that we had not ordered.
Most of my friends stopped going, and apparently we are now too.

I was passing through Pavlodar, I had to have dinner, they asked what is the best restaurant in the city, recommended this restaurant. There were two of us men. We ordered lamb sausages and sausages with chicken and beef. The lamb sausages were delicious and juicy, the dish was well decorated and delicious, succumbed with potato slices, cabbage and three sauces. Beef and chicken sausages were less juicy (expected due to the combination of meat) but the comrade ate all the same. The serving of these sausages was similar to lamb. The waiter Maria was polite and attentive. Instead of salads, we succumbed to the recommendation to try burrata with baked vegetables. We didn't like the burrata, in general, this dish was tasteless, neither vegetables nor burrata had any taste, there was no sauce and no taste at all! The waitress asked if we had eaten well or not, I honestly expressed my opinion that the burrata was tasteless as a dish. After that, the administrator came saying that she would like to hear our opinion herself, after hearing it, she took the dish and went to the kitchen, what was my surprise that she returned herself, and not the cook, and tried to convince me that my understanding of taste was not correct, I expressed my subjective opinion based on the knowledge obtained in different places, countries and restaurants! Why ask questions if you have a firm confidence in your taste qualities, then it's better not to ask at all! We were sitting at the far corner table there is no connection at all! The table itself is not suitable for a corner sofa, the location of the table legs does not allow you to sit on its end side. Minus the lack of hot water in the toilet in the washbasins.

Polite waiters, delicious food. The portions are large. The drinks are delicious, everything is fresh. The order was waited for 10-15 minutes (and it's Saturday evening). An excellent restaurant in the Austro-German style. The decoration is impressive with chandeliers made of deer antlers, columns decorated with wood, and ceiling decoration with wood. The food is wonderful and satisfying. I recommend everything I've tried: meat hodgepodge (very thick), warm salad with roast beef, lamb sausages with cabbage and potatoes. Probably one of the best restaurants in our city. The cool staff know a lot about their business. Everything is very tasty, especially the eggplant appetizer, as well as delicious garlic croutons. I would advise everyone to try their own cheeses. My favorite cheese is buratta. From meat, I would recommend steak with cognac and cream sauce. The atmosphere is very cozy and the cool interior is made in the German style. The tables are made of especially high quality.
