A great store in Vitebsk. Just a huge selection of tiles. They took tiles on the apron, into the bathroom and a lot of sockets and switches. All at different times. We constantly collaborated with consultant Anastasia. I have never met a more pleasant specialist. I made the tile layout very competently and quickly and picked up the sockets. Only pleasant emotions from this store!

Hello. We bought tiles for the kitchen. Out of 28 pieces, not a single marriage. The tile makers who laid the tiles said that they were sooo good tiles and of very good quality. The selection in the store is very good and large. Prices are like everywhere else. No more expensive than in keramin. Thank you.

I bought tiles for the kitchen and hallway, everything was described at the highest level in the salon, but when laying tiles, I found out that it does not correspond to any size and is also easily confirmed by chips (very fragile). It's beautiful, but the quality is very terrible. The pleasant communication of the sellers ended at the place when we signed the contract and transferred the money.

I bought plumbing in the Vitebsk store, I really liked the service in the salon. But upon receipt of the goods in the warehouse, all impressions quickly passed. There are absolutely no conditions to inspect the received goods in the evening at night, the item of purchase was taken out onto the ramp, the doors to the warehouse are closed and there is NO lighting for inspection. The storekeeper said it is forbidden to go to the warehouse where there is lighting, look how you want, as they say, at least light the phone. Dear network managers , take into account the circumstances of the inspection of the goods , because this is not a candy for 3 rubles

Ordered a tile-pay for the delivery! 25 rubles for 11 squares. There is no such thing in any salon. Well, the staff is not particularly worried - do not like goodbye. The situation in the warehouse is no better. First, the warehouse staff needs to be called by phone (they are not particularly happy that they are disturbed during working hours), wait 10-15 minutes until they arrive. The goods are rolled out onto the street and do whatever you want with them. Dark, light, cold - nobody cares. You can count it, look at it any way you want. The attitude of the staff is bestial. They refer to the inscription on a piece of wood nailed on the wall, but they do not know about the document certified personally by the head. Very, very bad.

I ordered a large number of lamps, for a large amount. While you are making an order, you are being treated very kindly. And then...deadlines are not met, no one calls or apologizes. I waited for the wall lamp instead of the promised 2 weeks, 5 weeks. The sconce is not assembled. No bonuses or apologies for the inconvenience. They also mixed up the light bulbs. I do not recommend it!

We purchased Spanish tiles – Corten A, at a cost of about 100 rubles per sq.m. (prices in October 2020). But we were disappointed with both the tile itself and the work of the complaints department. The tiles that are exposed/laid in the salon and what we received were strikingly different. And the store's answer is that the seller changed the palette and now produces one (as we received), and what is laid out in the salon is an old version of this tile, which is no longer available. The question is – and then what do you offer / sell to people???? Only the return of the tile was offered, but we did not have the time and desire to search again, and the tiler would leave our facility and the repair would be delayed indefinitely. I had to accept it. They did not want to talk about any financial compensation. But the most interesting thing is that just a few days before we discovered this discrepancy, the salon employees themselves called us and asked us to send them a photo of the tile that was delivered to us (although they themselves have a layout of this tile in the salon at arm's length). Apparently, we were not the first to address such a problem. I've never written negative reviews – but it's just a shame, it turns out that the client chooses one thing, gets another - and that's fine. Thank you for the “professional” approach to the case. In the photo, the tile that we received is on the sides, and in the middle there is also a tile from our delivery, but this one was without packaging, and apparently this is the tile from the old deliveries - estimate the difference.

Before buying tiles from this company, I recommend thinking carefully.They brazenly sell broken tiles, it feels like they are doing it consciously, hoping that you will not notice it, trusting the loud name "salon".My mistake is that I checked the integrity of the tile packaging upon receipt.No one has announced that it is necessary to check each tile .And they do not have it written in the contract that the sold product (tile) has not been checked by the seller for integrity.As it turned out later, I am not alone in this, the store practices the sale of illiquid..
