It took only five to seven minutes from the moment the documents were processed to the receipt of the order, provided there was a small queue. The location is very convenient relative to the Minsk-Molodechno highway, the departure is very simple, and the most important thing is the working hours, except Monday, you will be expected any day from 9.45 to 16.30.

I'm shooting the star for paid delivery from Radoshkovich. In order, say, to buy two or three tiles, or to hand over an unnecessary one, you need to ride back and forth for a total of 100 km. There were 4 such walkers (5 bathrooms, a swimming pool) . Then, one consultant refused to take away the excess tiles (warehouse position), and the other accepted, everything is OK. So the warehouse in Radoshkovichi is a so-so story…

Good afternoon. Ordered a tile in this store. There are no questions for the manager. Prompted, made the project, everything is fine. She was constantly in touch and took into account all our wishes. They themselves are not from Minsk, so they took the tiles themselves. Arriving at the warehouse, we expected to spend 20 minutes, and spent 2 hours. We brought a packed order, the tile packaging was immediately alerted, not a single whole box, all soaked, battered, and it was not possible to check the tile, as we were advised, since if we did not open the box back together, it was sprayed in our hands. As a result, we somehow checked out of 5 boxes 2 completely batted and this is not surprising, it was almost without packaging. The warehouse workers offered to change the entire tile to another batch, since there was nothing to replace the broken one with this tone. Therefore, we concluded that the remains were brought to us. In the new batch, the box was also broken. Just a nightmare. We had 20 sq.m., I can't imagine what people do who buy a large volume and take it themselves. Really, if the store delivers the tile itself, they also form an order, and the buyers take it, or just a calculation that they won't look at it, they will bring it and that's it, they signed the pieces of paper during shipment that they examined. Thanks to the warehouse workers for their help, but the advice when forming an order is to pay at least a little attention to what you put there. The tile cost more than 3,000 rubles. It's not the first store where they bought tiles, but we see it for the first time that they would treat the buyer this way. We will not buy anything else in this store, although the assortment is good.

I bought tiles at a sale in a store on Kamennogorskaya str., 3. Very pleasant, professional with a capital letter, designer Julia Naumchik (thank you very much!!), showed samples selected in advance on the web, quickly counted everything, told, issued documents to receive goods from the warehouse (pickup) . The goods were received from the warehouse independently with on-site verification. Everything was clear, fast, in essence, the issues that arose were resolved within 10 minutes, thanks to Pavel! I am repairing a large house, I take tiles to different rooms after the first unsuccessful experience with another store only in Altagamma. I am writing a review after yesterday's visit to the company's warehouse. I'm coming to the warehouse for the second time. For the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, the smiles and politeness of the warehouse staff. And yesterday it was just space. We arrived on Monday. At 16.50. The shift, in principle, as it turned out, works until 16.45. So it's also Monday and a day off from clients. But! The guys at the warehouse just joked about it and shipped everything to me! Thank you so much for such a service and customer orientation! I've never seen anything like this anywhere!

I would put one star for the manager from Mogilev, who caused a lot of problems and wasted a lot of time for us because of her incompetence and unwillingness to hear the client. Therefore, I had to go to the warehouse and then return to the office in Minsk for documents. But the guys at the warehouse got coffee, were loyal enough and did everything in their power. And quite quickly. Therefore, not one but 4 stars. It's a pity not 5(((

A store that survives, most likely, only on the deceptions of ordinary citizens who do not know the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
In the beginning, when paying for an order for a large amount of money, the store manager tried to deceive me for 300 rubles, quickly hiding some of the money in a purse and saying that everything was right there. Until I requested a recalculation of the entire cash register and reconciliation of the amount in the cash register with the actual amount of money in the cash register, they said that the amount was correct, and when they recalculated it, it turned out that they charged me 300 rubles more. Such is the nuance.
Also, the store managers, judging by the reviews on the store, persistently ask everyone to check the goods during shipment, arguing that their goods are fragile, and if you even used their delivery, then you allegedly have only 3 days to check the goods, which violates Article 25 of the law on consumer protection, which says that the consumer has 14 days to check, replace, or refund, referring to his contract, which contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
I purchased, among other things, a shower tray, which, allegedly, was not available at first from one manager, but then was found by another, most likely someone does not hesitate to sell substandard goods. Upon receipt of the goods in the warehouse, there was not even a thought to check the completeness of the goods, since their "fragile" goods, namely tiles, were checked for 2 hours in the cold. And of course, far from one defective, broken tile was found, with which they have a large mountain in their warehouse, which they sell for 15! rubles per m2., I wonder how they organize it according to documents, but this is a separate story that will also be developed. By the way, during the inspection of the goods, about 10 dissatisfied customers arrived at the warehouse, who strongly recommended checking each tile, since there is a lot of marriage and the store very much does not want to meet customers halfway and replace it in violation of the law. This is the customer orientation in Belarusian. After checking each tile and delivering all the goods to yourself, it was found that the pallet does not have enough siphon, which should have been included with the product, it is specific, since the pallet is very low. Upon detection of the incompleteness of the product, and accordingly its substandardness, it was immediately reported to the store via telephone within a 14-day period guaranteed by the state for the replacement or return of substandard goods, in accordance with Articles 22 and 25 of the Law on consumer Protection. Over time, I was switched to Ksenia, a specialist in the "quality" department of this company. The girl made it clear to me that according to their contract it was necessary to check the goods in the warehouse, and if they did not check, then this is your problem, and they do not care about the laws of the Republic of Belarus. When I asked to look at the cameras in the warehouse, that there was no configuration in this product initially, of course, without even trying to look at these very cameras, the answer was given that "the angle was not the same" (funny), nothing is visible, look at yourself, we have nothing to do with it.
It's not about the siphon, I'll buy it, it's about the principle and the number of dissatisfied customers for this company. The complaint will be written both to the book of comments and suggestions and to the Ministry of Trade, and then most likely to the court. I ask everyone who reads this message and is faced with the dishonesty of this store to write to me by mail, with evidence, checks and other documents, for the collective filing of a claim against this company, I think that problems in this company will quickly be found and it will become a little more customer-oriented.
