A lot of fuss, little use.
The experience is as frustrating as possible. We chose a black tile that we liked for a long time. The consultant nodded and assured me that everything was there, that it would be delivered in the best possible way and without problems (!) to their own warehouse in another city where I live. As a result, it turned out that you need to pay extra for this shipment to the warehouse. And moreover, after the fact, randomly (I looked at the payment invoice) It turned out that a tile of a different color was ordered and delivered. No one could answer my inquiries and calls to find out what color the tiles were eventually brought. They turned the arrows, endlessly clarified something, contradicted each other. It was impossible to solve anything remotely, we had to spend time on every little thing and drive up to their office. Of course, the tile turned out to be the wrong color that we wanted. And the right color was not on sale at all. That is, the consultant fooled her head for almost a month absolutely in vain. They agreed to issue a refund and promised that it would be possible to do everything from another city, where we were. And then, in their best traditions, they said that they needed to go from another city and receive everything personally. Incompetent employees who contradict themselves and make a lot of promises, which in the end were not worth a damn. Just wasted time and nerves.
