I was a little upset by the paid delivery, and the more you order, the more expensive it is. But apparently it's like that for everyone. The tiles are beautiful, the range of colors is quite calm. But the complaint department, even in an obvious marriage, finds excuses, after communicating with them, you do not want to return. In the last purchase, almost all the tiles came defective, which is inconvenient.Not only did they bring an obvious marriage, they are also trying to cheat.

In the Altagamma tile salon, consultants and other workers responsible for the quality of work do not care at all! Because of this, there are moments when a stove for 200 rubles sq.m. is brought with the same print! And then they prove that this is normal and it should be so!!! To all complaints, employees who have to solve the issues that arise, answer "read the contract"!!! That's all!

A good place to buy tiles if you like bad adventures. They will definitely confuse everything many times. For the first time, 2 tiles were brought with a factory defect and refused to change when it was discovered during installation because more than 3 days had passed. I had to drive 100 km to the warehouse and buy the necessary tiles. The second time I spent time in advance on the most thorough check - the result was the need to change 8 tiles (out of 160). But when laying, it was later discovered that the decor of 2 types is mirrored. Neither the sellers nor the storekeepers have the slightest idea about this. As a result, it turned out that 35 tiles of one decor and 37 of another were brought. I had to delay the work for 3 days until the wrong tile was brought from the warehouse again. They also reproached me that I was to blame for this, since I did not lay out all the tiles immediately after purchase. The tiler could not wait any longer and had to lay out an asymmetrical decoration pattern on 1 tile. For a long time of repair, only Altagamma has faced such a lot of problems - they do not know the specifics of the goods, the warehouses are a mess and in case of problems they are shifted to the client.
