the service is just terrible, our bus was supposed to pick us up at 06:30, it didn't arrive and we sat at the airport all day, then some taxi picked us up, we drove through unknown bumps, then some kind of minibus picked us up, although we should have had a bus, I wouldn't advise anyone to be comfortable!!!!

She assured that the trip would definitely take place if the group gathered. We applied to Altamar travel for a passenger transportation service (Minsk - Domodedovo airport, and back Domodedovo airport - Minsk).We were very unhappy and disappointed.In all information and advertising posts, the company writes that arrival is carried out under departure / arrival, which is very convenient and which is the main reason for contacting this organization. The contract specifies the time of flights (departure and arrival), the departure time of the bus was selected specifically for departure and arrival. The day before the departure of the bus, the dispatcher called, said that at our time 17.00 there was no bus, there were two of us, it was very expensive for them to drive transport for the two of us. We were asked to make concessions and leave with other passengers 5 hours earlier. At first they offered a small discount, but we insisted on 50% for everyone due to the very long wait at the airport. To tell the truth, we made concessions not because of the "attractive" compensation, but simply were afraid that at 17.00 no one would simply come for the two of us. Due to the fact that they made concessions and rescheduled the bus time, the wait for their flight at the airport was more than 9 hours. The compensation had to be spent on food.The troubles didn't end there. The return transfer was booked at 6 p.m. The company has repeatedly drawn attention to the fact that due to low workload, they can pick up earlier, you just have to call the dispatcher and tell him about your arrival. We called the dispatcher, he informed us that not only would the bus not arrive earlier, but it would also be delayed approximately 2.5 hours from the time specified in the contract. As a result, we waited for the bus for 5 hours. We had to change the currency to eat while waiting for the bus. A stingy apology in the form of a message is what we received from the company for all the inconvenience it caused us. The most annoying thing is such a negligent attitude to their work, the company does not value the time of its passengers, does not worry about their comfort. For two trips, the company has not proven itself as a reliable carrier. It's scary to turn to an organization that can so shamelessly fail.
