the service is just terrible, our bus was supposed to pick us up at 06:30, it didn't arrive and we sat at the airport all day, then some taxi picked us up, we drove through unknown bumps, then some kind of minibus picked us up, although we should have had a bus, I wouldn't advise anyone to be comfortable!!!!

I really liked the trip to Yelnya, the Belarusian swamp was a discovery!
Everything was clear and professional: communication with the office managers, and the delivery of transport in advance, at 6.15, when departing at 6.40, and of course, the most interesting presentation of material from the beautiful Zoya, already starting with the "Minsk stories". And in general, Zoya is a very attentive and sincere person who loves her job very much; traveling with her is a pleasure for the soul!
Special thanks to the driver Vladimir: I drove as close as possible to the waterfall, and did not have to walk a kilometer through the field mud, as well as for fast but comfortable delivery along the route.
The best impressions remained from Altamar company, I highly recommend a trip to Yelnya with Zoya!

I planned a trip to the Diplomatic Mission on 04/14/2024. I booked it online two weeks in advance. I called the manager, as I understand it. She assured that the trip would definitely take place if the group gathered. We made a reservation for 2 people and agreed that a week before the departure date, the manager would call me back with confirmation. No call, no answer, no greetings (((..really, thank you for the rest!((((

We traveled with Altamar several times around Belarus. The 2-day tour to the Braslav Lakes was especially impressive. The trip was positioned as a relaxation tour. And it was a relaxation tour! This is what we miss so much today. There was a lot of water . These are the lakes themselves, a sauna with a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi at the campsite and, finally, the rain, which did not spoil anything. Braslav is a mysterious city with unreal energy. I wanted to come here at another time of the year, for example in autumn. Perhaps it would be even more atmospheric. Our escort Mikhail Serkov played a big role in the pleasure of the trip. I still remember his arguments about the search for emotion in life today. We also went on a gastro tour (brewery, cheese factory, Golshany and Krevo). The concept of the tour has been thought out. Atmospheric breakfast (tasting)at the cheese factory - another emotion that beautifies life and brings pleasure

We applied to Altamar travel for a passenger transportation service (Minsk - Domodedovo airport, and back Domodedovo airport - Minsk).We were very unhappy and disappointed.In all information and advertising posts, the company writes that arrival is carried out under departure / arrival, which is very convenient and which is the main reason for contacting this organization. The contract specifies the time of flights (departure and arrival), the departure time of the bus was selected specifically for departure and arrival. The day before the departure of the bus, the dispatcher called, said that at our time 17.00 there was no bus, there were two of us, it was very expensive for them to drive transport for the two of us. We were asked to make concessions and leave with other passengers 5 hours earlier. At first they offered a small discount, but we insisted on 50% for everyone due to the very long wait at the airport. To tell the truth, we made concessions not because of the "attractive" compensation, but simply were afraid that at 17.00 no one would simply come for the two of us. Due to the fact that they made concessions and rescheduled the bus time, the wait for their flight at the airport was more than 9 hours. The compensation had to be spent on food.The troubles didn't end there. The return transfer was booked at 6 p.m. The company has repeatedly drawn attention to the fact that due to low workload, they can pick up earlier, you just have to call the dispatcher and tell him about your arrival. We called the dispatcher, he informed us that not only would the bus not arrive earlier, but it would also be delayed approximately 2.5 hours from the time specified in the contract. As a result, we waited for the bus for 5 hours. We had to change the currency to eat while waiting for the bus. A stingy apology in the form of a message is what we received from the company for all the inconvenience it caused us. The most annoying thing is such a negligent attitude to their work, the company does not value the time of its passengers, does not worry about their comfort. For two trips, the company has not proven itself as a reliable carrier. It's scary to turn to an organization that can so shamelessly fail.

"Thank you" for a ruined day off. We paid for a bus tour of Belarus and signed a contract. As a result, when we arrived at the gathering place, my wife and I were not on the lists. The guide spread her hands, because she couldn't do anything - the bus was completely full. No one is answering the phone, sort it out as you want.
On weekdays, I will go to this "desk" to sort it out.
