For some reason, ordinary installers of this office consider themselves a white bone, which, however, does not prevent them from begging for tools at the facilities - this is not only my personal experience, but also the opinion of the builders at the facilities where Alutech carried out its work. We came to my neighbor's house to put roller shutters, my camera was in the way, I had previously removed it. I went out to them and asked if they could make a couple of holes after work for an additional fee so that I could hang the camera in a new place - they said, of course, no problem. Well, OK, then ring the doorbell as soon as you finish, the apartment is so-and-so. The end of the day is coming, the noise is no longer audible, I go out to ask - everything is done, and there is no trace of them. It always seemed that a man should be responsible for words, and if there was no way, then you could say it right away or at the end, but apparently that time I came across a couple of transgender people - it happens... By the way, they came to the installation without a level, they asked me. In general, these are small things, just a lot of negativity has accumulated, and the review, so to speak, is cumulative. An acquaintance who worked for them for a year spoke extremely negatively about the management. Yes, the production is modern, but the whims, squabbling and vindictiveness of the management cover all other advantages. And finally, knowing their vindictiveness, you will have to write in a veiled way so that, for good, you will not be accused of slander. Let's just say that if you work for them as a manager and sign contracts with customers, and a bad idea comes into your head to heat up the company in some way (say, according to the documents, write off some of the products at wholesale prices, and in fact sell them at retail prices), then think three times whether it's worth it. I do not justify theft at all, but if you hope to get off with compensation in 3x, 5x or at least 10 times the amount - there is a sooo high probability that the vindictive management will remain deaf to your pleas and, as an example to other employees, will bring you under criminal investigation and will seek the maximum term to break your future life. Once again, just in case, this is just my guess, let's just say.
