I really wanted to get to Anatsko's orthopedist for a second consultation. In March, they couldn't offer me a convenient time to record. They said what date the entry will be opened for May (in April). I successfully signed up in April for May! The recording was on 20.05 at 19.10! I can't even imagine going to the clinic for 30 minutes by car, by transport! But, for the sake of a good doctor, you can go to the other side of the city! I went to the clinic in advance, put on shoe covers and waited for my invitation! At 19.30, I asked the administrator how long I had to wait! She checked with the doctor, the answer was 5 minutes! As a result, at 19.35 my patience broke, waiting in a paid clinic for 25 minutes of admission is too much. If the administrator knew that the doctor would be late with the appointment (because before me the patient was called for a consultation at 19.00), why couldn't I call and warn! Not everyone has free time to sit and wait so much … And no one even apologized for the situation!!! You can see a lot of clients at the clinic - if not you, then another one will come! For the first consultation, I also got to the doctors' office with a time delay!

I was cleaned on 01.05. Excellent clinic. Super polite receptionist. Anastasia Akhremko's doctor is very neat, attentive, cheerful (for those who are afraid to treat their teeth, this is an important quality). I haven't had my teeth brushed so thoroughly for a long time, Anastasia has removed all the stones right to the grain. I noticed the incipient caries and managed to cure it, although it is now a common practice in Minsk clinics to send it to a second appointment in order not to "strain" too much.

Excellent clinic. Modern equipment. Very competent specialists. We treat teeth with the whole family. Ekaterina Sergeevna Zapleshnikova is a dentist-therapist with simply golden hands. Anatsko Andrey Mikhailovich is an orthopedic doctor. An attentive, competent specialist. Vadim Vatslavovich Yanovich is a dental surgeon. When I went to remove a tooth, I was very worried and nervous. The doctor calmed me down and said that everything would be painless and fast. And he didn't cheat :) everything went just fine. I plan to do an implantation with this doctor. Prices are above average. Not a cheap "pleasure", but very high quality. I recommend this clinic.

Amazing doctors are Anatsko Veronika Vyacheslavovna and Fedorov Mikhail Sergeevich. I have been cooperating with these doctors for three years, and I am very pleased. But the administrators of the clinic, to put it mildly, leave much to be desired. When signing up for the waiting list, they NEVER called back, I had to write and monitor the record many times in order to be able to get to the doctor, and this is not only an example of my cases. Moreover, there was a moment when, physically being in the clinic, I asked the administrator to transfer me if there was a window at the doctor. According to the administrator, there were no windows, and 10 minutes later she called me and offered this window, because according to her, "oh, sorry, I forgot about you." In short, if my doctors had moved to another clinic, I would have left with them, because the Alliance-Dent service in the person of administrators leaves much to be desired.

I want to express my gratitude Anatsko Andrey Mikhailovich - orthopedic doctor and Yanovich Vadim Vatslavovich-surgeon, competent, attentive and qualified specialists. As the people say, these are doctors from God. We had a very difficult operation to install two jaws on implants. Dad's age is 85 years old. I chose a clinic for a very long time, read reviews and settled on Alliance-Dent. After all the examinations at the clinic, an answer was given about the possibility of implantation. The operation was successful, there was no swelling, no fever. This indicates a high level of operation. A few days later, they put on jaw implants and dad could already eat with new teeth for the New Year. It should be noted that the jaws were made and delivered very efficiently, even the color of their gums and prosthesis were selected. I would never have said that these are not my teeth if I didn't know. I recommend the clinic to everyone.

Замечательная клиника, самая лучшая из всех, в которых я когда-либо проходил лечение! Врачи - профессионалы как на подбор, во время процедур постоянно контролируют состояние пациента, спрашивают, если что не так. Процедуры практически безболезненные. Невероятно благодарен стоматологам за проделанную ими работу!

Не советую. Были у врача Алейниковой, ничем помочь не смогла. Либо опыта мало, либо побоялась в конце рабочего дня перетруждаться. Посоветовали другую стоматологию, именно к детскому стоматологу. Хотя при обращении, при записи свою историю рассказали, что ребенку нужно каналы лечить. В итоге, приехав за 100км - уехали без результата. Врач отказалась помочь, ссылаясь на то, что мы должны заранее были говорить свою проблему, так как это займет больше часа. Видно отведенно на посещенние 30мин всего, а не по часу и более. Вообщем улыбаясь с "хитринкой" даже снимок не вынесла сама и не извинилась., что так получилось. Ни врач, ни администратор, никто невыяснил ситуацию. Больше туда ни нагой....

Не первый раз хожу в данную клинику, всегда был отличный прием. Но, недавно попала к врачу Каймович Юлия Сергеевна (надеюсь верно запомнила инициалы) и это восторг! Это был мой лучший поход к стоматологу: развернутые ответы на все вопросы, невероятное внимание к пациенту во время лечения, абсолютно безболезненно и прекрасный итог лечения. Спасибо Вам, доктор! Огромная благодарность персоналу клиники за то, что пошли навстречу и сумели записать меня на прием на самое ближайшее время - через 2 часа с момента звонка. Более того, администратор позвонила за полчаса до приема и предупредила, что доктор освободился и готов уже принять. На прием попала к Пономарёвой Наталье Ивановне - грамотный специалист, не пытающийся навязать ненужные услуги. Быстро устранила проблему, дала рекомендации для дальнейшего лечения. Обращаться буду однозначно сюда! Спасибо большое

Хорошая стоматология. Лечил сложный пульпит с 3 изогнутыми каналами - справились. Рентген-кабинета нет, но через дорогу есть в другой стоматологии, если надо. Цены приятные

Записан на приём был ребенок 1,3 года. За день позвонили, уточнили придём ли. О том что нет пандуса для коляски не предупредили ни при записи, ни при уточняющем звонке. Приём начался на 7 минут позже, никто не принес извинения за задержку. Доктор быстро глянула рот, сказала, что ребенок не даётся и чтобы пришли через месяц, потом подумала и сказала через 3. Впечатления от посещения остались негативные, больше сюда не придём.
