Recently, I spent 10 days and 9 nights at the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk - a long enough period for some observations and facts to accumulate. The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location in the city center. From it to any attractions and shops is just around the corner, everything is very close. And the beautiful tower of the hotel can serve as a landmark in many points of the city. And also very friendly, friendly staff at the reception, ready to answer any question, help in everything. But, unfortunately, this time the pros end, I turn to the enumeration of the cons. I'm generally very unpretentious, after breakfast I go for a walk all day, I come back late at night - at 22, 23, 0.00, I sleep soundly, no matter what walls and guests there are, so I usually have nothing to complain about. But not this time. I'll sort out the disadvantages by points. 1. It was in room 412, where I lived this time, that there was a very bad Wi-Fi. Rather, he was only in 1 place - at the very front door to the room. It was worth taking a couple of steps into the room - he disappeared. It was impossible to call or write - messages were not sent, calls did not go through, WiFi was constantly flying out. It was only enough for 1-2 seconds if you move away from the door. Therefore, it was necessary to communicate only either standing at the threshold, or sitting there on the bedside table. I note that last year there was a great Wi-Fi in another room on the same 4th floor!! (I think I was living in room 420 at the time). This time I mentioned the problem at the reception, but it was never solved. Conclusion: do not offer 412 to anyone if you know that there is nothing you can do to make the Internet work properly. And if you can, then do it! 2. IN ALL HOTELS, hygiene supplies - shampoo and gel - are given OUT EVERY DAY, BUT NOT IN AMAKS Premier Hotel BOBRUISK!! An employee at the reception told me about this: "not every day." For me, it's just wild: a small bag of shampoo and a small bag of gel to regret. I have NEVER encountered such petty savings in any hotel in Belarus and other countries. 3. The breakfasts are very meager and monotonous. Always pancakes. However, toppings to choose from: cottage cheese / chicken / cheese with ham. Plus 1 small Vitosha waffle and 1 tea bag. But what about fruits, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers), fried eggs, porridge, yoghurts at the very least? There should be variety in the choice of dishes!! There are people with allergies to dairy, for example, and what should they eat if you only have pancakes? Of course, you can buy a lot of things that are missing in the store, since it is nearby. But not all people (let's say someone on a business trip) have free time to go to shops and cafes, and the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk is the first hotel in my life that offers such a poor breakfast. By the way, in the last 2 days before departure, the sour cream, which is poured on top of the pancakes, has run out. If I had known that there would be no sour cream for more than 1 day, I would have bought a jar for the hotel as a gift. The hotel guests already have almost nothing to eat for breakfast, and then this joy was also removed. 4. I asked for toilet paper myself at the reception both times when the roll ran out! The maid did not follow this at all. She only cleaned the trash from the bucket in the bathroom, but did not hang new paper, did not make the bed, and ignored the sign "room cleaning required" hung on the door. It says in the bathroom that if you want the towels to be changed, you need to take them off the hooks and hang them on the shower stall. When I did this + hung up the sign "room cleaning required", the result was 0. It was only in a personal conversation that the maid realized that the day before she had to change the bed and towels. She did it, but it was a day late. So, let me summarize. Catching wifi only at the front door, running to the reception for toilet paper and hearing from an employee that gel and shampoo are not given out every day - these are new impressions of my life in hotels. When I paid for breakfast, sour cream was probably included in their price, but neither I nor others had it for the last 2 days of my stay. On the last day, I accidentally broke a mouthwash glass in the bathroom, because I put 2 regular-sized flat peaches on the shelf where it stood, and the shelf couldn't stand their weight, tilted down. The fasteners on this shelf, of course, are made somehow, "they keep on snot." But I paid 50 BYN for the broken glass. Of course, this price fits into the price list of the hotel, but it does not fit into my head. 1634 Russian rubles for a small glass cup from which they rinse their mouth!! And on the last day, when I pulled out all the things from the closet, he almost fell on me. It holds up somehow, like the shelf in the bathroom. I hope that the administration of the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk will help ensure that stable Wi-Fi appears in room 412, so that breakfasts are more varied, and the maids would perform all their duties, except for garbage removal, and shampoo gel would regularly appear in the bathrooms. And then staying at your hotel will be as comfortable as possible for everyone.

I lived on weekends. The hotel is lovely. Large comfortable room,double bed,LCD TV,refrigerator,hair dryer. Entering the room, you can immediately smell the cleanliness and comfort. The windows overlooked the courtyard, and in the morning you could hear birds singing.The receptionist is friendly and helpful.The breakfast is hearty.I will definitely come back again!

The room is clean, there are tea cups and a teapot, water in the cooler in the hallway. It would be nothing, but one thing! In the heat, yesterday and today +29 °C, it is very stuffy and hot, since there is no air conditioner in the room! The room temperature is +28°C, it's very hot for me! It's a little cooler at night, and just a sauna during the day! At least they put a fan on.

Pleasant room, pleasant staff, continental breakfast is not bad, the room has everything you need (towels, cosmetics, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, glasses, mugs, a couple of plates), there is wi-fi. On the website of information about the add-on.there are no services, just a list, there is no way to get acquainted on your own, the same breakfast, where, at what time, options (it is clear to see where and the menu changes). It's kind of weird.

We went to the nearest market and bought molar tape, pasted everything over it became better and quieter. In general, the hotel is good, but in the summer. Oh yes, I took a room with breakfast, breakfast is a HAT for 6 rubles and the overpayment is horse, if you take it without breakfast. I tried to call any hotel on the way in the morning, I'm not moody, and I'm ready for different conditions. And after many attempts to get through to any hotel in the city, I got to this hotel! Thanks to the administration, everything was arranged, booked, accepted. I arrived at night with a dog up to 10kg, they accepted the surcharge and did not say a word. The room was on the 4th floor, there was no balcony, but in general I did not need it. Clean, fresh. As for audibility, the walls do let noise through, but I didn't come to sleep in the room. And when you get tired during the day, there is no time for extraneous sounds. The only reason why there are no 5 stars is breakfast! It's not worth the money, the Best cafe is nearby, they work from 7.30 for lunch and breakfast, all 5+! Externally, the hotel does not have a bright sign, but these are small things. So everything is great!!!

But who places the socket not over the bedside table but over the middle of the headboard? So that the wire hangs over our heads at night. The hot water does not appear immediately for 10 minutes, I drained it, then I corresponded with the reception for 10 minutes and only after another 10 minutes it appeared. In total, about 30 minutes. The pressure on the 5th floor is barely enough, but this is good because with good pressure you will breed a swamp in the bathroom because there is no curtain. Breakfasts from 8 am, but you can do it earlier, so says the friendly evening staff at check-in, and in the morning, the not friendly other shift tells you that breakfasts are from 8 am and why you arrived so early. And the cherry on the cake for visitors from Russia. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, I did not connect to the 5th floor, I was sitting on the Wi-Fi of the 6th floor. I called a taxi from the room as there is Wi-Fi on the ground floor and there is no Internet in it. Located in the city center, it is really convenient.

There is no landline phone in the room (I needed it when drunken rowdies were yelling at the whole hotel on my floor at night, and there was no way to call the reception, I had to search the Internet for the hotel's phone and call from my mobile). I do not recommend it
