The room is cool, the pipes are barely warm, the shower head flows from all sides ((The water heats up for a long time, I had to stand aside and freeze. The carpet on the floor shows that it is burnt, although there is no smoking in the rooms. The toilet flushes disgustingly ((Appreciation for the staff, everyone is polite and for the cafe, which is in the same building and is normally fed (I had breakfast included in the room price). The audibility in the room is simply incredible!(( There were foreigners behind the wall and at night they talked in their own language, so it was simply impossible to fall asleep, you still have to try to rest. Oh, and the lock at the door to the room opens with difficulty (( I do not advise.

The hotel is quite normal. But the restaurant service is terrible. It's not the employees who are to blame, they were polite and worked well, but the kitchen staff. You never order salads. They are with such a quantity of mayonnaise, it seems that almost the entire pack, instead of ingredients, was added. When they asked to replace the salad, and we did not refuse to pay for it, the kitchen staff refused to serve further, referring to some special.service. And so the hungry ones left. I had to go urgently to look for some kind of cafe. It's a shame that this spoils the whole impression of the hotel.

I spent the night at this hotel when I was on a business trip. For business trips or a clean overnight stay is just right. The rooms are clean, breakfast is included (which I am very tempted by). Of the disadvantages, I can only note that we did not have time to prepare the room for our arrival and had to wait 15 minutes.

We were here a long time ago - in 2012.Then the hotel was renovated.And then our belongings were missing (we carried money and documents with us).It's a long time ago, but the unpleasant residue remains.We were in a hurry and didn't figure it out then.They thought that they had left these things somewhere.Of the advantages, there are train stations nearby and the center is not far away.Maybe something has changed since then, but I would not settle here anymore.The staff is very friendly.

I liked it - quiet, good mattresses. I didn't like it - the carpet is all stained, the shampoo in the dispenser hasn't changed for probably several years. It's hard to wash. The water in the cooler ran out on Sunday, they said that there was no water, it would only be on Monday. We must count on it. Breakfast is a separate topic. Porridge and eggs with sausages. It's every day.

We booked a studio for two with a child. We managed to book a room from Moscow without any problems. The location is convenient - 250 meters from the train station. The room is spacious, there are problems with furniture - the chair, armchair and wardrobe are in an emergency, unusable condition. For three and a half days there was not a single cleaning, change of towels. There is warm water in the shower only in the morning. The breakfasts promised on the website as a gift to each guest turned out to be a scam - the first two days they had to pay for breakfast, on the third day they refused to feed categorically - even for money, referring to the special service of other guests.

It used to be better. The cafe was closed all days, I had to look for a place to have breakfast. The room is dirty, the cleaning is very bad. The walls are stained, the chairs are dirty in wild spots, the shower is full of holes, there is dust on the tables and windowsill. In general, it is not very pleasant.

It was not possible to get hot water after 0.00. There is no choice at breakfast. 9.10.19 there is no heating, but at the request they gave a second blanket. Of the accessories, only liquid soap. Beds, linen are normal. The minibar is declared but it is not there. The restaurant is open until 23.00, but only a cake was offered at 22.00. I had to leave at Seven on Fridays. The staff is helpful.

The hotel is so-so. We rented a room on the 3rd floor there was a cooler without water.The room is clean.There were 3 of us, but there were only 1 foot towels. There was no toothpaste with a toothbrush.The food is terrible.
