Once upon a time it was a hotel. Now there are only retail spaces left on the ground floors. The hotel is currently not functioning, but the shops are open. On the second floor of the building there is a small room with furniture from luxury rooms. You can go there for free. There is no way to climb further to this level.

I've been in several times. Most of the squares are empty. It can be seen that the place is not much visited. Low- and medium-quality goods of unknown brands, as in the market outside the city, are only several times more expensive.
