We had a rest in 2022, we liked everything, the convenient location of the hotel, the sea is literally 5 minutes away, all shops are the same, the rooms are clean and cozy, the food is delicious and varied.
We lived in the main building, so there were no questions about it, but we heard bad reviews about the second building, so the advice is to prepare in advance, we prepared small gifts from Russia when checking in: a big chocolate bar + $ 10 like, so we were offered rooms and we chose)))
If you want a party hotel, then this option will not suit you, look for something else, it was quiet here, and getting to the club on your own was no problem.
In general, for a small hotel in the city center, almost on the first line, it is definitely recommended!

Great 4k. Great location. It's exactly three minutes to the sea. The sea is clear. We were in late September - early October - there were enough sun beds, even if not nearby, but there was always free. The food is delicious and fresh. The juice is delicious. Excellent gozleme. Fish, chicken, turkey, lamb. The cheese is great. Olives. There were no watermelons. And surprisingly, it was not a delicious baklava. Cleaning is not very good, to put it mildly, but towels were changed regularly. The beds are comfortable. The room is good. The main building. Not from the pool side. Even the hedgehog was seen in the evening. Quietly. In front of the hotel, you can not only take a tour, but also rent a car. Convenient, fast, and the prices are good. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly. We liked it.

We had a rest in June 2024. Nice hotel. In good Turkish traditions. The rooms are good. The hotel consists of 4 separate buildings. 1 and 2 are practically the same. Everything is there - a restaurant, a cafe, a swimming pool, a spa.
We lived in building 4, opposite the main entrance. No problem going to the main building to eat or to the bar or to the pool. Building 5 is the "farthest", 50 meters from the main entrance, in a small park.
The restaurant - no complaints, delicious, satisfying, varied. For 14 nights, nothing has become boring or boring. Only chicken and turkey are made of meat - the country is Muslim, there is no pork, and beef is very expensive. But chicken in a variety of ways is very good.
In the economy rooms, water is free only upon arrival, but in the restaurant and cafe there are large refrigerators with free water in packages of 200 grams.
The beach is 3-4 minutes away slowly. The beach is the hotel's own. It is small, like all beaches in Turkey. There is an Ambassador bar on the beach.
There are free safes in the rooms.
The biggest disadvantage is that Wi-Fi is paid, in the hotel and on the beach. Unlimited for 10 days for $20. Expensive.

Excellent hotel in the center of Kemer, 5 minutes to the sea, convenient location. A good hotel for your money.
Positive: spacious, clean and cozy rooms; varied meals (always fish, lots of chicken, turkey, at least 6 meat dishes for lunch and dinner, mashed soups, salads, fruits, sweets); polite staff; the beach is nearby, literally 3 minutes; several pools, sun beds everywhere are enough. Mattresses, beach towels.

We had a rest in July. The hotel is located 150 meters from the sea, the staff is friendly and attentive, will solve any of your problems. The rooms are cleaned every day, the food is very varied and delicious, during the rest you will not have time to try everything, the chefs are constantly in the hall and make sure that there are no empty dishes. The menu selection is very rich, for every taste. The guys at the bar will serve you politely. The receptionist has people who will help in any situation. The room is large, cozy, and comfortable. Beautiful furniture, large wardrobe, free safe, comfortable bed, warm blanket (which was very useful on cool October nights) There is everything you need, even personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, cotton pads and chopsticks). Clean everywhere-plumbing, floor, balcony. Everything was shining! No complaints about cleaning, changing towels and linen. Everything is on the level.
I was a guest in rooms 5 and the main building. There is a slight difference in the size of the rooms, but it is not critical. Building 5 is a little further from the beach and the main building, but it has its own small pool and bar) As for the renovation, there are no differences in the buildings. As for me, I would not pay extra for the main building, it is noisy there, because there is a swimming pool and a bar. I love the silence ☺️

Very convenient location, good no-frills kitchen, small but neat rooms, but absolutely not customer-oriented reception staff. They ask for a room closer to the fun-they will give it in the farthest building, then they will ask for a quieter room-they will give it almost on stage. Due to the small territory of the hotel, the rooms in the main building facing the pool are actually located in the bar, where on Wednesdays those singers will delight you, or not so much, until late at night. There is no Internet from the word at all, even for money. The beach is so cramped that you can't help but confuse it with the delights in Adler. With ice cream, beer, there were overlaps in the bar, then in the restaurant, but everything was fixed, the staff tried to solve problems. We were in early June traveling for 4 days. It's 34 degrees in the shade-35 in the pool...It's not comfortable. The hotel is suitable for active tourists without children. According to the hotel: everyone speaks Russian, the rooms are clean and comfortable, lived in the second building. At the time of rest: the safe is free, water was not delivered to the rooms, wi-fi is paid (we did not purchase it, since it is easier to buy an e-sim and be connected to the Internet everywhere. The beach is pebbly, there are special water entrances, but the beach itself is too small. The location of the hotel itself is excellent, 3 minutes to the beach and close to all the shops and the center.

Another vacation, and this time we still decided to visit the region beloved by our fellow citizens of the European part of Russia and so far from those who are beyond Lake Baikal - this is Turkey.
We started planning the visit in advance, as the dates of our visit to Moscow were known in advance.
We chose the tourist town of Kemer and through booking.com We have booked a hotel.
There were not many criteria, it was primarily the ratio of price to the rest of the set of services, and this included:
1. the first line to the sea and the beach
2. availability of a swimming pool
3. AL meals (all inclusive)
and Ambassador Plaza met all these criteria.
The hotel is really conveniently located almost in the city center, at the intersection of the main streets and at the same time by the sea.
It has its own beach, or rather a beach area equipped with sunshades and providing its guests with sun loungers.
The good residential buildings of the hotel, although not new, are maintained in good condition.
There are two main buildings and two buildings located across the street (alley).
The hotel has a small but comfortable swimming pool.
A nice restaurant and two bars.
The restaurant is open on an all-inclusive basis. Power supply for solid 4+. You will never be hungry. There are many vegetables, pastries and confectionery products in a constant assortment. Meat dishes are mainly chicken and beef, but this must be taken into account, you are in a Muslim country. There are fish in its various forms. Fruits and drinks. And of course, especially for those who suffer alcohol for lunch and dinner.
Two bars, one located in the cafe area next to the pool and offering a variety of drinks and fast food, and the second is located directly on the beach and also offers fast food, by the way, of good quality and drinks, only here without alcohol. And that's right!!!
The rooms are comfortable and comfortable, almost all have a balcony and a table and chairs installed there.
The staff speaks Russian quite well.
Naturally, as befits such establishments, it is not possible without staff who are trickily trying to earn extra coin. We reject such people immediately.
I am a supporter of people earning, not just receiving, and I will always leave a good tip for a high-quality service rendered.
In general, we liked the hotel, as probably the first visit to Turkey left positive emotions.

We rested here from 08.06. to 06/15.24, we really liked everything: the hotel is beautiful inside, polite staff, there is a Russian speaker in every shift at the reception. The food is varied, very tasty, desserts, sweets are awesome. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, white, red, pink wine, beer. Cleaning, change of towels every day. The private beach is 50 meters away.

We had a rest in October, in the second half of the month. In May, I stayed at a 4-star hotel and there is something to compare it with. The Ambassador is a level higher . Drinks (juices , waters, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails) are just wonderful and free.The food is all varied and delicious , it is impossible to try everything even . The sauna and hammam are free of charge , the room was cleaned regularly. There is always hot water, which is very rare in other hotels, there is a huge closet in the room, all the clothes fit. There is a private beach with free food and drinks , nearby , 2 min walk.
Of the disadvantages, I can mention a very expensive WiFi. The first 500 MB is free, then space . There were a lot of people , sometimes I had to wait for a table to be cleared to eat .

We visited in August 2024. We immediately bought a room in the main building, these are 1-2 buildings, they gave us the number 2207. I liked everything, from the word everything, even a small beach. We don't roast in the sun for days on end, so from morning until lunch it was enough for us to lie under the canopy. Yes, there are cramped beaches, even at the fives, but the sea is very warm! The beach bar was free, the hotel card says "paid", I don't know why. I liked the room, the huge closet, and the things and suitcases came in! There were always a lot of towels that were changed without asking! Two large ones per person and under the feet. The air conditioner was working, it hung well, it didn't blow on you, but it created a climate. We turned it on, covered ourselves with blankets and it was very comfortable. There is a table, chairs, and a dryer on the balcony. Everything is convenient. Shower and toilet without complaints, we carry our own shampoo and other hygiene items, always. The beach is where I went out, crossed the road, and.. In general, you're on the beach, it's not even expensive to call it) The restaurant is big, there are always a lot of people, the hotel is popular! The cuisine is very good, there is always a choice, of course it is "Turkish cuisine", with its own specifics, but very good quality! We were told that Kemer's best chef is in the Ambassador!) I thought I'd miss the fish, but in the end I missed the meat) There was fish every day, different! Very tasty milk puree, pasta sauce, vegetables for every taste, mashed soups, we personally love. Scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs in the morning, there was always rice in milk (like porridge). Watermelons, grapes, plums and apples, as usual in August) . Alcohol is standard, beer, white and red wine, we don't drink stronger, so I don't know, but I saw the assortment in the bar). The staff was very polite, the elderly man at the reception seemed too strict, but he had such a stack of vouchers when we arrived that we sympathized with him. He speaks Russian. We were waiting for the check-in, but we were ready for it, people should leave, and the room should be prepared, this is normal! We changed into a hammam and went to the beach.... But then I settled everyone very quickly. You can always look for flaws and find fault, but I had nothing to find fault with! The room is cozy, even shows Russian channels, I fell asleep to the series on TNT))) I am indifferent to the pools, it is there, 140 cm deep, you can sometimes lie down or refresh yourself. In the evening, sit in the outdoor bar. The location is excellent, the very center, it is convenient to walk in any direction, to the clock tower, to the port, to walk along Liman Street with a bunch of shops, everything is nearby. The main thing about the advantages of the hotel: location! 2 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from the center. Good breakfasts/lunches and dinners. Alcoholic drinks are also not bad.

If you live, then only in the first building. All other buildings are unguarded, without CCTV cameras. I don't think that the gate that opens with a card can save. Anyone can come in. You live like in a hostel, no reception, nothing…
Rooms. Grey towels. We had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste ourselves every time. There is only soap and 2in1 product in the bathroom (gel + shampoo). Cleaning is just one name. The floor is always black, you need to wear slippers. Towels, it feels like they haven't been changed, as well as bed linen. And in general, we came across a room that has seen a lot in its lifetime)
Beach towels. Laughter. They were given out once with a huge hole. At least they checked it out. And they're all washed up too.
Boring. It's very boring. During 2 weeks of rest, a DJ was invited once. There was no program, he just turned on the songs, curled up and left. When we first arrived, there was a banner with a program for every day: at 10:30 water gymnastics, and in the evening a disco (+ a few more entertainments). None of this, of course, happened. After 2 days, the banner was removed.
The attitude of the staff. Those who do their jobs well are the guys at the reception and the waiters in the dining room. The uncle, apparently the head of the spa, followed us until we went for a massage. And then he didn't even say hello… Although he always hangs out at the reception.
The Internet? Forget about him.
There are dirty glasses and glasses for alcohol on the bar, and in the dining room.
conclusion. Not 4. Even in the same Tae, hotels with 4 are much better, cleaner, and the staff is more attentive. We will not return to the ambassador anymore.

Disgusting coffee and tea spoil the picture of the novelty and thoughtfulness of the hotel. Very slippery staff, especially the Isa manager. On the beach, it was possible to organize a safe entry into the water, because even with small waves, you can get large pebbles on the joints of the legs. Very tasty cuisine, a cozy restaurant and well-trained staff in the restaurant. I was upset by table tennis with dead rackets and a broken net. But extreme pleasures are only for money. I advise you to take rooms in the main building and on the 4th floor.

About the hotel
This place has nothing to do with 4 stars
The rooms are very small, sparsely furnished, the plumbing is barely alive.
We were placed in the notorious 4th building - a kind of barrack behind a fence, the windows overlook the very fence, there is something technical and rattling under the windows around the clock. Since there is no sound insulation in principle, this rumble is very audible.
When I tried to ask for a normal room, I was informed that we had paid for an economy room. I carefully re-read the documents - the word “economy” is nowhere to be found.
This room is separated from the main building by an alley, so for a visit, for example, to the pool, you need to get out from behind the fence, cross the street to the main territory, then back.
A kind of “bathhouse, and across the street - a locker room”
There is no service. The staff is mostly unhurried and very unfriendly.
Separately, I would like to note the tram rudeness of the representative of Anex, which is not surprising. From now on, I will be more careful not to have any dealings with this operator.
The beach is dirty, very cramped and small. And it is located across the road from the hotel, along which cars drive and a little more along the alley.
The food is normal, the category “you will not stay hungry”. It's dirty and sloppy served. The hall is stuffy, there are tables outside, but for other purposes, apparently

We had a rest in early September 2024. We have been to Turkey many times already. This time we decided to try Kemer. The hotel was chosen for a long time. There were many criteria when choosing. We've reviewed a bunch of hotels. We read reviews and watched videos of bloggers. And the choice fell on the Ambassador Plaza 4* hotel.
Unfortunately, our flight from Moscow was delayed for about 10 hours. We arrived at the hotel at about 17:00 (and we were supposed to at 6:00). We were registered in 10 minutes. It turned out that the hotel has 5 buildings. When registering in the main building, there were no available rooms and we were accommodated in the 5th building. The manager said that if there are available rooms in the main building, we will be relocated. The 5th building is located 5 minutes from the main building. The suitcases and we were taken to the building on a motorcycle. We took the suitcases to the room. The staff is polite, they don't speak much Russian. It's very nice.
Room: bright, clean. One double bed, sofa, armchair, table, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, the room is large.
Balcony: table, 2a chairs and a hanger.
Bathroom: shower cabin, large mirror. Bathroom accessories: towels (large, medium and foot) soap (2 in 1). Safe and slippers.
Each building has its own swimming pool (clean) and a small bar. A big plus is that the pool is open even at night. No one forbids swimming at night. Naturally, there is a larger pool in the main building, and the main bar has a large selection of drinks.
The sea is 5 minutes from the building (you need to cross the road). Large pebbles. The sea is warm, sometimes it was worried. There are enough sun beds. There is a fee of $ 5 per person Mon-Fri, $ 10 Sat-Sun. The hotel is located in the center. You can walk along the embankment, walk along the main street (especially beautiful in the evening). Ataturk Street is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
Cuisine: the food is varied (beef, chicken, fish, lots of greens, cheeses, sausages, soups) you will not stay hungry. For a sweet tooth, there is also something to eat. There is a SPA, we did not go. There is a company that sells entertainment across the street from the hotel. The man's name is Roman (his prices are excellent) We took the ship ($ 15 per person, we gave $ 30 for 2) Immediately a warning, you can only take clean water on the ship (alcohol, pepsi, Cola, juice are all taken away) Buy only on the bar.
The rest was a success. It was beautiful, delicious, but not enough.

Many people have already written about the advantages - its location and good cuisine, alcoholic drinks are also good - wine and cocktails, I liked gin and tonic and raki. I will write about the disadvantages. We bought a tour for three adults to the main building, at the cost for each it is the same as if we bought 2 people a double room, in terms of comfort it did not work out that way. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., the room was not given until 13-50, until we told them that by all standards they had 10 minutes left to check in, then an adult (I describe by age, since there was no desire to remember the name) the receptionist did a great favor and put the three of us in room 1109 on the ground floor (check-in from May 25, 2024). For understanding, the room is a double room, there was not even a third bed (we booked 3 separate beds). With a deft movement of the hand, the armchair turns into a sofa, or a tiny sofa into a bed - and voila, the third revenge for an adult. And everything is OK in their opinion, but in my opinion this is a form of fraud. If you don't have rooms for three adults, why are you selling them? We would try to relax in this little room ourselves, the three of us, there is not even a step left to take a step. I would like my review to be read by someone from the hotel management, and answered, did the receptionist act correctly by putting 3 adults in a double room? And I think that the reception should have the phone number of the hotel manager, with whom such controversial issues can be resolved, since the gray-haired receptionist said that we have no options, since they do not have other rooms at the moment. Excuse me, is this our problem? The second terrible disadvantage is the beach. The sun beds are often dirty, some of them were just taken out of the pantry and immediately put up for people in this form, and at the same time the staff also photographed them and reported to someone about the work done. The class has done its job - so wait for the dirt. There is no place on the beach at all and it is the end of May. Not an option for a normal vacation. The third fact (this is not a minus - just a fact) Wi-Fi is paid for 7 days - $ 15, if you need Wi-Fi for 2 devices - for example, a phone and a laptop - pay double the price - $ 30. I didn't understand the animation, there seemed to be an animator, two evenings from 21-00 to 22-30 there was music, one evening there was dancing, well, music for 4, compositions were played better in the bar, the second evening there was a singer who was engaged in singing, he would understand that he often did not get into the notes, he did not sing with his soul You'd better go to dacapo, or another bar on the coast, listen, you'll have more fun.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights from July 8th. We arrived around lunch, and we were checked in within half an hour. The room was in the next building, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Beach/pool towels can be changed every 2 days. The food is at the highest level. We liked everything very much. Everyone will find something to their liking, both fish and meat. Vegetables and herbs in large quantities, always fresh. Desserts are delicious. They drank different wines and cocktails from alcohol. Norm! The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly! Many people speak Russian. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. There are enough sun beds for everyone, despite the small beach. We always arrived at 8 a.m. (after breakfast) - there are plenty of sun beds. Just like at 9 o'clock. Returning to the beach by 15-16 o'clock, they could also be found without problems. We had a rest from November 6 to November 12. I understand that it's the end of the season, but still. It was given for 2 adults-125t. We flew from Orenburg.
There are no advantages, from the word at all.
One plus, the location of the hotel, it is in the center of Kemer, everything is nearby, everywhere on foot. Free beach, observation deck, parks, shops, clock tower, mosque. By the way, cheap Bim and A101 stores, Migros are expensive compared to them.
There is no territory at the hotel, also from the word at all. That is, two storey buildings, a swimming pool, a bar and that's it. We were, like, in the main building, there's another building right across the street.
There was little food, no variety, the same thing every day, and for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She got poisoned, spent the whole day on the pot, the temperature. It's good that one day it rained that day.
The beach, across the street, is stone. There is a bar on the beach, but only coffee, tea and soda, that's all. And it worked every other time.
A hotel without animation is not provided. Since it is very small, there is no hall, there is no place.
There is a sauna and hammam, gym, table tennis, billiards, free of charge. Time is limited.
There were no snacks. Only breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Alcohol is so-so. I only drank beer. They make cocktails, but it didn't go well for me.
The rooms are normal, the renovation is fresh.

We had a rest from June 7 to June 12, 2024. They settled in the main building ($ 40 at the reception), although they were supposed to go to the far one. The standard room is small. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The sun beds are very close to each other, which is not very pleasant. But we bought seats on the pier ($10 for one whole day). Convenient, beautiful! It's worth it. The restaurant is excellent, the cook is smart! Meat - chicken, turkey, beef. Fish were present every day. There are a lot of vegetables, fruits, pastries, sweets. Cleaning consisted of changing towels.
In general, we were satisfied. I think we'll be back!

In addition to the fact that there are dirty rooms, showers, our safe did not work, we could not fix the sink for three days and when checking in we had to run to the main building for an HOUR (after a long flight and a road at 14 o'clock without food and water), because not a single room key card worked. After the fourth visit to the reception (the card was changed several times) and the scandal, they brought us a working key and then slowly and without apologizing (this is the style of service in Turkey). They refused to change the number even for money. And as for the laudatory reviews of food, it is written by those who have not seen anything except Turkey. The food is monotonous and for the most part tasteless, meat is paper (soy), semi-finished products, vegetable pickles are blanks bought in cans in Shock, fish is a very rare guest, puree tastes like cardboard. Only rice and casseroles with vegetables were delicious. A vegan hotel 😅
In the middle of May, there were no normal fruits, only apples, tasteless pears, oak nectarines, grapefruit and a more or less tolerable small orange. Watermelon, as luck would have it, not every day. The only relatively tasty thing is desserts. 3-in-1 coffee from the vending machine, Turkish coffee for a fee. Non-alcoholic beer, alcoholic wine, liqueur and gin are generally not allowed to drink. That 's probably why everyone was drinking only vodka 😅
And finally, 500 MB of Wi-Fi, which they will connect to you, but they won't actually connect it and you need to go to the reception once again and figure it out. Employees work extremely poorly and inattentively. They don't explain anything about it. When everything is well understood, they understand both Russian and English, as soon as you deal with a problem, they speak only Turkish, and these are the same persons 😂
But they invite you to the Spa for 30 bucks an hour every day three times)
Room cleaning is something. The floor is black after cleaning, do not wear socks, only slippers or shoes.

A great hotel for its 4*, the choice of food is extensive: fish, meat, chicken, lots of greens. There is always a choice of soups. In the morning, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast cereals, yoghurts, etc. We got a room in building 5, I was very satisfied - silence, peace, birds singing, the view of the mountains is soothing. The pool was used at any time - even late in the evening, after a walk, and in the 1st main building everything is strictly from 9-18. The only drawback is a small beach for a 5-building hotel, but we went there after reading the reviews and were ready for it. I definitely recommend the hotel, maybe we'll come back here again-I liked everything.

I want to share positive reviews about the hotel Ambasadorr. We rested for 9 nights. These days flew by very quickly.... I'll start with the number. We had a room in the main building on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool
The room is clean, the renovation is fresh, everything worked. Towels were changed every day, 1.5 liters of drinking water was replenished every day, the bed was changed several times. It should be especially noted the food in the hotel.....great! Everything is very tasty and varied. There is always fish /dorado often, sea tongue, red fish /, chicken meat, turkey, sometimes buckwheat, lamb, very tasty offal. Sweets not only soaked in syrup, there were eclairs, cakes with nuts, baked apples, pumpkin, etc. Special RESPECT to the cook! Local drinks, different from 10 to 23. In the bar, a young man Farhat makes delicious cocktails, a super cool guy, always joking.... Thanks to him too! The hotel has a SPA. Oksana is in charge of the reception at the SPA. She's great in every sense. You voice your wishes to her and she helps you choose what you need and according to your capabilities. For example, I went for a massage to a masseur named Etish. The hands are strong, the massage does great. I recommend it ! There is a sauna for free, a hammam for a fee, a gym with exercise equipment is also available.. The beach is close. Of course, there are not enough places in the season. We took seats early in the morning. But for example, I love the morning sea very much, I swim in the morning for a long time. Therefore, taking a seat is not a problem. In general, the hotel is great! Maybe you can find fault with some little things, but there is no desire to do this at all! We arrived at the hotel in the morning 4 minutes before the end of breakfast. They suggested to hurry up. The check-in was quick as they should have arrived earlier. About the room : very large with a sofa and a balcony. You are only given a fi for 1 day. Therefore, we used the service of a travel agency near the hotel. Roma connects to wi-fi there, if you take at least one tour. That's what we did. However, they always took the phone on the way to the beach. The food at the hotel is excellent, there is something to compare. Everything is very tasty. The sea is nearby across the street. In general, we are satisfied. I stayed at the hotel twice. The location to the beach and the center is very convenient, everything is nearby, the food is good, the problems were solved very quickly. The staff is friendly. The minus is the beach!!! I had to take a place under the canopy at 6 a.m., because it covered 2 rows of sun loungers, there were no umbrellas, and I did not want to roast in the sun.
