It was a pleasant stay, the check-in was smooth and hassle free; friendly, welcoming and helpful staff; clean room and bathroom, stunning view, beautiful surrounding, clean swimming pool (the water could have been a bit warmer though). The only thing I would suggest is to install ACs in the rooms.

Everything was great, the room was clean, the food was delicious, and the pool was warm. One disadvantage is that the staff is not as friendly as in Tsakhkadzor or Dilijan, for example. I recommend visiting far from the city and the hustle and bustle.

A great hotel. We were with a child and most of all we liked that there are all the amenities for the RCB. There was a clean, good crib (in many others they bring a crib already exhausted), a good children's room and all the necessary kitchen appliances for children in the restaurant. The only disadvantages are a cold outdoor pool and a slightly expensive restaurant.

The place is atmospheric, high-altitude, with a beautiful view. The breakfasts and dinners are great, I liked everything. The territory is not very large, but there is a place to walk with children. Plus, the Victor Hambartsumyan House Museum is very close by, a very interesting place. Well, the Amberd Fortress is definitely a must see!

Lovely room, wonderful view, indoor and outdoor pools (you won't be able to cheer up in the morning, they work from 10 to 21), sauna, & hammam (but opening hours are from 17 to 21), clean, delicious. I recommend. If you plan to climb, keep in mind that breakfast starts at 9:30.

Service 0. in the restaurant menu, not everything is what you don't ask for, they say no.and then they asked what to eat and bring it.It's been 2 hours, they haven't brought it yet, we're waiting...I do not advise anyone.

Quite a luxurious establishment and expensive by all standards. The closest to the fortress is Amberd and here they are monopolists) But you can get to Yerevan in 40 minutes.
