Disappointed! I ordered the product three times, but I never received it. At the end of the delivery period, there was a refusal due to absence, the second time due to torn packaging, and the third time damaged parts wrapped in polyethylene came. They offered to re-order for the fourth time and wait for delivery again for a week. One of the advantages is the work of managers. They are polite, tactful, offer options, and always apologize for the work of the entire store.

It's also awesome that when a courier carries your cherished parcel, you can track it online.) Managers are always polite. I ordered many times, they are always friendly, kind, explain everything and help. About the orders themselves. Orders are always of high quality, nothing has failed yet, even after several years after the expiration of the warranty period. Once, however, the delivery time was postponed 4 days ahead, due to the fact that the item did not have time to arrive at the warehouse, I understand, but it would be nice to warn in advance in such situations, otherwise I had to wait a whole day at home for my order, and the order never arrived. And in general, this is the best site for ordering anything at all. The variety is amazing. I wish you to work well and only grow. 5 out of 5.
