I do not advise people to take a card from this bank, this is the most irresponsible bank, here is an example for you: today you cannot withdraw money from the card, ATMs are working at the same time, but due to an internal malfunction, cash withdrawal is stopped, as well as other operations related to money transfers. People are standing in line, and they do not even suspect that they will waste their time, because ATMs are not working. And the office workers do not even bother to say this, only in a formulaic way and it is not clear why they smile. None of the two offices of this bank thought with their little brains that they needed to at least hang a piece of paper with the inscription "temporarily out of work" no one!!! Armenia stood in the same place 10 years ago, in almost every sense, so it stands the same way. There is a top-level indifference in everything, and a solid affectation.

I arrived on 15.01 at 11:50, there are a lot of employees, everyone is running, but the queue is dead. I stood in line for 50 minutes and finally got my ticket. I sit down (I need to sign 3 documents, that's all) and the employee starts typing something on the PC for 30 minutes, running away somewhere in parallel.
I spent 2 hours in the office signing 3 docks, as a result, they told me that the document can only be signed day in, day out, and I arrived the next day, so I have to come tomorrow and everything will be ready tomorrow, doubtful, but okay.
I came, I'm sitting, they told me to wait 10 minutes (this is a reference to "everything is ready")
I've been sitting here for 40 minutes...
