The second time we contacted by phone about the replacement of the chair. Again, rudeness, complete lack of communication with the client. Employee training is at level 0, customer orientation is the same, even worse. The most disgusting staff of all the stores Ami bought something from. In others, there is no such attitude. The desire to return to them for shopping - but never in my life.
