We bought a mattress with delivery. There are no questions about the quality of the mattress, but the delivery is just terrible. They brought it in a big car, opened it and said take it away. I asked if I should get into the car to get the mattress myself or if you would still get it out of the car. In general, they pushed him out of the car, and we pulled him from below. We bought a sofa here, we were satisfied, a grant or grand sofa, for 1 thousand it is simply not better to find, and honestly it is difficult to find a normal sofa for a large amount, they are all solid (supposedly the quality is better), but if you take good care of anyone, then he lives 10 years +.
We bought chairs for the kitchen, they live for half a year, in excellent condition.

It feels like there are employees in this store who are not designed to help customers, but to send, and there is a competition between employees who will make it cooler. I bought a defective product, the refund was categorically rejected. And they said that in general, their goods cannot be returned even by marriage, if the packaging is hidden - it is considered used. Are you serious??? In my presence, an older woman asked the seller to find out about the availability of goods in another store, but he not only refused to do this, but also began to yell at her, saying that these were her difficulties and she should call and look for the goods herself. I have never met such "employees of the year" as in this store.
