But, as it turned out, this is just a lure, so that People would leave a deposit for the goods, and no one tried to do it during this time! As a result, they sent a message that they say sorry, it didn't work out, so according to the contract that you signed, wait, we will try to do it within 60 working days. As for me, it smells like fraud on the part of sellers, as they know perfectly well that no one will make the goods to you in 15 days. It's sad, it's not very pleasant, it really pushes People away from such establishments!!!

It's just a shock! A Prestige sofa with holes in the bottom was brought. I immediately called the service center, they tell me, well, check for 3 days))), maybe you will find something else. Are you serious, comrades??? Maybe you should check what is being shipped from your warehouse and it is impossible not to notice such a defect. After that, they told me to run to them with a package of documents and then only after 2 weeks they will begin to resolve the issue. Wow!!! So I need to sleep on the floor?? ....Take your sofa and give the money back to the miracle firm. I recommend that you do not order delivery in the future, but personally go to the warehouse and watch.
