We handed over a winter down jacket to this dry cleaner, which included down, as mentioned at the time of delivery. As a result, they took the abundance away in such a condition that it could be carried immediately into the trash can: all the seams on the left side of the product parted and the filler slid down.
The administrator said (already at the issue!!!) that other applicants have had similar cases before!!! But the contract is drawn up in such a way that when accepting the product, they are asked to sign that if the product is damaged during the cleaning process, there are no complaints against them! (The spouse handed it over and did not pay attention to it, signed it, BUT so that you do not become victims, I recommend that you contact another representative in this field!)
After the damage to the down jacket, the administrator refers only to the signed contract and does not want to talk about anything else!
Disgusting service! I DO NOT recommend it!

High-quality dry cleaning. I gave a half-coat to the cleaners. In the very season!. I took it back after 5 days. Perfectly cleaned. A polite lady at the reception. She told me everything, how and what they would do. I recommend. At a cost of 50 rubles. A little more expensive than at the state dry cleaning.
