There was a huge queue, there were 30 people in front of me. In general, I stood in line for about 50 minutes.
The room is stuffy, perhaps because of the number of people.
Documents for foreigners in Armenian and English. In general, it is possible to understand that Russian is not an official language here. I had to translate using my phone.
There are no tables, I had to stand at the counter during service. It's not convenient.
After 17:00, the hall was almost empty, although it was still an hour before closing. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
