I ordered a carrier in this store for 14,000 AMD via Yandex Go to take a stray cat to the clinic. At the first use, the belt broke and the carrier fell to the asphalt along with the cat. No one was injured.
I went to the clinic, I thought to return the carrier because of the marriage. The young doctor listened to me, picked up the phone, talked, after which we went from the hospital to the store, where the hostess and another guy were sitting. They said it was the first time they had seen this in 30 years! The belt came off because the threads parted. They offered to sew it up themselves. I replied that I wasn't going to do that. They changed it to another one. They said it was a "small thing."
Everything would be fine, but the impressions of the hostess and this friend are very negative. The behavior is intrusive and sometimes aggressive, inadequate. Younger employees are much more polite. Now I have read the reviews, I understand what I was dealing with, I will avoid this place!

Do not enter this place if your animals are dear to you.
We came here only because there is an X-ray, to check the bruised paw of a kitten (1.5 months). They didn't really find anything on the X-ray, but they injected an anesthetic, which is categorically contraindicated at that age, in addition, the injection was in the muscle, despite the fact that according to the instructions cats are given only subcutaneously. By morning, the cat began to become intoxicated, convulsions and a temperature of 40, all other paws failed, they were taken to a trusted clinic to pump it out, but they could not save it.
There is a madhouse going on in the clinic itself. The hostess will personally meet you, interrupt and impose unsolicited services (which are paid here only before they are provided). All other employees walk on a string and won't say a word to you without a command.

A photo of the dog BEFORE the haircut allegedly "dirty and ill-treated" is attached (a photo where the dog is on the handles), and photos and videos AFTER the haircut are also attached! A man was cutting his hair. It's very uneven, I don't know how such protruding uncut tangles could not be seen at all and unfinished, and even scratched the back.

In February, she treated a street cat with a serious neck wound. The attending physician was Kristina. She is super polite and sweet, the cat's neck was healed perfectly. They were sterilized there, and at my request they showed photos of organs extracted during surgery (there was a cyst). I had questions after sterilization and I came to the clinic several times to check the seam as an anxious mother. They were always examined for free. Now the cat is at home, everything is fine with her. And since the summer, a new doctor has appeared at the clinic - Dr. Sarkis. So with my own and selected animals, I turn to Kristina and Sarkis almost once a week. I can only say good words. All treatment is in coordination with me, they explain and clarify every step and drug with me, we discuss together what should be done or not. During this time, the clinic's doctors restored my kitten with panleukopenia on the verge of exhaustion, they did not give him a chance elsewhere, conducted several examinations of my other foundlings, sewed up my dog after the attack on us in the park, and much more. Doctors are constantly in touch, clarifying how their patient's condition is.
I also want to note that the clinic is VERY clean (and I know almost every clinic in Yerevan, literally two other clinics I know are so clean), they have a separate operating area, there is a lot of modern medical and laboratory equipment. The owners of the clinic are also experienced in preparing documents for the export of animals to other countries, including the EU.

1. The examination was done very well and they said a presumptive diagnosis, which could be confirmed by X-ray and ultrasound. We did a rengen, explained everything and showed it. They said what to pay attention to. Who runs the clinic was very worried about us and helped and supported us. We are very satisfied. Because it was these guys who found the cause of the disease, which, for example, could not be found in Moscow.
2. Grooming is great. It is not usual that an animal should be left behind. But we were there all the time and went to watch. Everyone was treated with care, very well combed. I recommend.
Of course, everyone has different experiences, but we have only positive ones.

We went to buy a non-prescription prebiotic for cats' digestion. The woman (apparently the director) at first very aggressively and aggressively convinced that animals should not be "stuffed with drugs for nothing", for a long time she told a heartwarming story about a cat with a sick liver, who said everything went by itself, I don't even know what. Then suddenly I jumped to the conclusion that our premium food urgently needs to be changed to the one they sell. And then she practically demanded that we carry the pets for examination immediately, or everything was gone. Although we are regularly observed by good veterinarians and we know everything about the health of our animals perfectly well. How did she go from "yes, you don't need any medicine" to "bring it for examination immediately!!!" — It's unclear. But they never sold us the prebiotics, they wasted their time.
I repeat, all this was in very raised tones, with interruptions for some swearing on the phone. An extremely unpleasant experience.

I took my French bulldog Theo on June 18, 2020 at 17:50 from Amiryanvet. I had the dog all day.
The next morning on June 20, the dog became ill, he was sick, weak and had diarrhea.
I took her to the clinic, and after a few days I came to pick her up to get a second opinion. They raised a scandal, they didn't give the dog away. A day later, they said that the dog had eaten my hair and was sick because of it. At the same time, tests were not taken properly,

29.06 my dog died at their place. I went there every day for 10 days. During this time, several people who came in with small cats or dogs purchased at

The answer for everyone was the same: they were fed the wrong food.
For 10 days, my dog and I suffered, I mentally, he physically.
There is no justice for them. The authorities do nothing, and comments on all platforms somehow miraculously disappear. After my posts, dozens of people contacted me with similar stories and negative feedback.

We decided to demolish it and check if there is a chip. We didn't know anything about him then. They took 5,000 drams for the inspection, looked at it and said that he was at least a year old (it was in mid-January 2023), that he was absolutely not pedigreed and that he probably lived in the entrance. To our remark that he is accustomed and goes to the tray on the first attempt, the veterinarian said that this is instinctive in cats (yeah, it's even funny). The chip was not found, it was weighed.
And after a while we found the owners. And it turned out that he was only 7 months old (just turned), that he was a pure-blooded Turkish van by his mother (as we thought, because he looked very similar) and that he really lived in the house.
And it turns out that the veterinarian was not mistaken only in the data that the devices showed))).
I haven't read the reviews about the clinic myself, but I had to. It's a good thing that there was no need to treat, otherwise the cat would definitely have been cured to death.
