Real Mediterranean touch…
Definitely the best food, service and luxurious atmosphere in Minsk. Also one of the best places I've ever visited in the world.
Definitely recommend to try both branch and main menu. But don't forget to book a table a bit in advance because of its popularity among connoisseurs.

From the very beginning, I was captivated by the atmosphere - a stylish interior, subdued lights and a cozy atmosphere. This place is ideal for both intimate meetings and special occasions.
The waiters are attentive and friendly, but at the same time unobtrusive.
We had a great time, enjoyed not only the food, but also the pleasant atmosphere. The prices are above average, but this is fully justified by the quality.
The restaurant is now on the list of favorite places!

Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, stunning design and, most importantly, great dishes. Many thanks to the staff: despite the fact that the visit was spontaneous, we managed to find an empty table, everyone from the entrance to the main hall was attentive and very friendly, the kitchen did an excellent job. Amazing cuisine, wonderful waiters, the atmosphere is very calm)
We ran to have a quick meal with the company at the nearest restaurant and were left with a good impression. The food is prepared quickly, the waiters will tell you everything. Special thanks to the waiter Mark, who served us - very delicately, purposefully. The desserts turned out to be incredibly delicious.
In general, I recommend you to visit.

I managed to visit this institution for the first time on March 8th. Pros: white tablecloths, very beautiful serving of dishes, including dishes; attentive service (although a little intrusive somewhere, as in Bloom); high-quality ingredients of dishes; fashionable atmosphere.

Guys, I'm sorry, but even in Moscow, which sleeps for a long time, in good establishments from 12, at most 13 hours, there is a choice - the breakfast menu, or the main one. We like to visit cafes and restaurants at lunchtime, and to have lunch. In this regard, the offer for us at 14:30, consisting only of eggs, porridge, greens and pancakes, unfortunately, excludes the possibility of being guests of this, generally good, institution.

There were no empty seats on the terrace at brunch on Sunday. Everything is fine with food, the chefs keep the bar high, the products are very fresh, the food is not greasy, in general, the food is 5. The music is playing very loudly in the hall, and on Sunday I would like to have peace of mind (I am not a pensioner). Amo is a place that combines two of my favorite restaurants in Minsk. The balance is maintained everywhere. There are no questions about maintenance, the past shortcomings have been worked out, there is no dampness anymore, as it was before. There are classical positions in understanding the right restaurant dish. It was delicious, it was calm and concise. The prices are higher than the others, but the overpayment is low. I'll probably never visit this place again. You will always pay for quality, and that's a fact. In general, the verdict is this: if you have an expectation of the great and unique, then no. You should not go to this place if this is your first experience of going to a restaurant.

We went on a date with my wife, we chose the restaurant urgently because of the embarrassment with the previous one, we were immediately warned that the table was up to a certain time. The restaurant staff is pleasant, courteous, and well-spoken. A huge plus of the staff was their unobtrusiveness, they were suitable only at times when they were needed.I liked the interior for its prostate, perhaps the only disadvantage is the entrance door, which is massive, and unknowingly cannot be easily opened, but this does not affect the quality of the establishment in any way. I liked the menu, as a person who knows how to cook and appreciate an individual vision of dishes, I want to turn to the kitchen with the glory of praise and the desire not to lose love for my work. The prices are adequate and justified. It would seem that after a good evening and a compliment from the staff that my beloved wife and I are a beautiful couple, nothing would be better.
But the best part was waiting at home when we were going to leave a review. The administrator's responses to inappropriate comments are wonderful and have lifted our spirits even more. The humor and irony in the responses of the institution are at a good level.
People who have left unjustifiably negative comments about the cuisine, prices, staff, dress code and interior, I would like to advise you to read several books to develop flexible thinking, read in the dictionary what style is, reduce your unjustifiably high personal income, find a job whose salary will allow you to visit establishments with a value above one shawarma, to become simpler and more adequate. We chose this place to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. At the last moment, after reading the reviews, we went there with a preconceived attitude. The cuisine turned out to be very tasty and understandable for anyone, the waiter Denis is a true professional in his field, won our hearts with his service and sincerity, once again proving that Bloom, Bergamo and AMO establishments are haute cuisine, understandable to everyone and the service deserves all the highest praise! I was surprised that when ordering dishes, being hungry, we started choosing everything in a row, to which the waiter correctly directed us in the right direction and we were delighted with them. In the end, we were "finished off" with unusual cocktails and delicious limoncella, thank you so much.

I didn't see the name of the restaurant on the front door. It was delicious, the food was beautifully served, the service was good, a high chair for handbags was offered. It was a strange decision to put a watman on the tablecloth, which was constantly escaping from under the clamps and flying up. I did not see a single style in the serving. The plates were served to everyone differently, for an amateur, I associate them with the assortment of an antique flea market. There were no compliments from the establishment (for example, free water). The bread plate is 11 rubles, the bread is delicious, the price surprised.

The choice of dishes and their execution have not gone far from terra pizza (top for your money - 100%), but in terra pizza the prices absolutely correspond to the level of dishes. Here, the institution claims to be something new and unusual in terms of atmosphere and price level (how many establishments can be made with a menu almost carbon copy) and certainly perfectly cooked, but in the end, out of about 10 ordered items, you can praise lemonade (~ 18p, but really one of the best in the city) and duck, which was really great, perfectly complemented with mashed potatoes, as the creator intended it, and the sauce did not disappoint either. The rest of the dishes were absolutely mediocre, both in ingredients and in serving: the sauce for peppers simply does not deserve respect, not to mention flattering reviews. Of course, we may not have ordered the most "successful" dishes, but what kind of place is this that you need to guess what is super, and what you would never order a second time))
You can praise the atmosphere and the interior, although we were sitting on the terrace, so we rather enjoyed the gorgeous weather that day. I would also like to mention the absolutely charming dishes and the fact that we were lucky and the staff's attitude towards us was pleasant, without complaints.
In general, the institution is no higher than 3 stars and I would like to see fewer such establishments with an unjustified claim in Minsk. I want something radically new, or at least not with prices that a 5-year-old child drew just at random

We visited AMO for breakfast. I should note right away that the absence of latte coffee seemed strange, along with the presence of other coffee drinks on the menu (cappuccino, flat white, etc.).
Service: normal. Not good, because they did not offer water, and also did not monitor the fullness of the glasses. Also, when setting the table, an empty glass was left while waiting for hot :/ I'm attaching all the photos. The waiters are polite.
Interior: good, trendy, trendy, I will note the comfortable furniture separately.
Kitchen: OK. But far from wow.
Summary: if it were an institution with an average price in Minsk, then there would be no questions at all, but AMO still does not reach an institution with a price list like the top restaurants in Minsk.

But from the food, at least what I tried, except for the tartar of four types of fish, I did not like anything. The steak is just one fat, also raw, toamates, peppers and olives are nothing unusual at all, as some bloggers on the Internet praise, dessert with strawberries (ice cream was tasteless and with pieces of ice) and sauces for almost all dishes are sweet, but I do not accept this. They indicated a dress code without sneakers and shorts, but a man in such clothes was sitting at the table next to him and he was allowed in. We were warned that the table was on the terrace for 1.5 hours, and then they would transfer us to the room, but no one said that to transfer it to put it behind the bar, where the courtyard is. The snacks were served for 40 minutes, and then we waited for the hot one. We didn't even finish our meal, but we were told in a commanding tone that our table time on the terrace was over and we just stood over the table. The food was carried for an hour and we had to have dinner in puffs or what? We paid and left. Our check for the 4th was more than 900 rubles. The food is definitely not worth these prices and the service, especially if you are simply kicked out from the table.

For food... The products are excellent. Octopus carpaccio is super. Gazpacho is delicious, including crab bruschetta. In general, the crab is a separate conceptual unit here. He's everywhere))) In Moscow, they would have stuffed another truffle.
Panzanella salad, and this is the food of the Italian poor (tomatoes and breadcrumbs soaked in vinegar) here they turned it into a triumph of the bourgeoisie. There are 4 slices of tomato, and also avocado, bread in balsamic, olives and a huge slice of crab.... and all this in a sweet sauce....
I ask why the truffle, bottarga and caviar were not added?))))
In general, goals define attitudes. I'm not interested here.
But the truth is that Minsk has the best wine list here, if you focus on the pathos. Champagne alone is two dozen. It's cool)))

I only liked the food, it was delicious.
But the attitude of the staff is a nightmare. We booked a table a week in advance. We were not warned about anything except the dress code when booking. Including the fact that instead of a normal table in the restaurant area or on the terrace, we will be given a small table on the very aisle in the bar. It's absolutely not comfortable to sit there, people are constantly squeezing past you into the main hall, you can hear everything that people are talking about behind the bar (which was half a meter from our table).
I was shocked. Several times they asked us to transfer, to which we were answered with an arrogant look that there were no places. At the same time, other guests were escorted into the main hall before our eyes. Apparently, more "respected" ones.
The dinner came out 250BYN for two, absolutely without frills. For such a price category, the service is disgusting.
It was not possible to evaluate the interior, because we were sitting almost in the aisle in the bar.
I'm not coming back anymore.

I found out about the opening of this restaurant not so long ago and decided to relax there today. The receptionist politely warned me about the dress code for this institution , but, due to the fact that I did not know about it , they let me through .
I was very satisfied, the service was top-notch, the serving and taste of the dishes were amazing.I will definitely return to this institution more than once, but already in the established dress code.
