We visited this institution today 05/20/2024, right from the opening, the institution was empty, pleasant music was playing, polite staff, clean tables and dishes! The serving time of the first course is 7-10 minutes, soup (solyanka), pancakes and peas were ordered, the soup is excellent 10/10, a lot of meat filling, rich broth, the combination is good ! Pancakes with sour cream 7/10, but you can eat, just crispy, a pot of 8/10 I didn't have enough salt, but you can eat, sausages and mushrooms were not spared, the impressions were pleasant!

I thought that all Korona shopping centers have the same Amsterdam cafe. But it turned out. Which is not. There are similar canteens, with appropriate prices and dishes. And there are those close to the cafe. This is exactly what applies to the cafe, the prices are of course higher, but the dishes are also appropriate. The pizza was cooked very quickly, 15-20 minutes, non-alcoholic beer was available, although there was none in other Amsterdam. Good service, and a cozy atmosphere.

We were at this cafe on September 29, 2024. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I think I need to write here. The place looks like a dining room. It's dark and cold. Faceless tables and sofas standing in rows. Among the advantages - there is no smell of food, music, nimble waiters, there are secluded booths (only 2). Of course, if you came to celebrate something, then maybe food will do with wine. But we went to have lunch with the family. I've never been here before, we live in another area. And here is a complete disappointment . We ordered borscht with croutons with lard and pancakes with sour cream, a hodgepodge, a "pot" and a "frying pan". My order is the first couple of dishes. Borscht is probably made from canned beetroot, because the taste was sour, and the color of the borscht is not beetroot, but gray-brown. And the main disappointment was that instead of croutons, triangles of fresh rye bread with smeared lard were served. The waiter explained that "this is how it should be, we just warm up the bread." No, they were pieces of ordinary rye soft (thanks for that) bread, alas. There is nothing to say about draniki at all: these are not pancakes, but handmade potato biscuits fried in butter. They were so thin that it was impossible to prick them with a fork. There were three of them in total, with a diameter of about 8 cm. But what about the claimed 150 grams? They were almost transparent on such a huge white plate. For the first time I ate such "Draniki". The cook needs to visit an Irish pub (in Borisov it is), that's where real pancakes are cooked. Guys, if this is a cafe, then everything should be like in a cafe!!! I think I'll come back sometime in six months or a year to find out what has changed....

We visited this place. There was an order, noodles with seafood, borscht and a cocktail.
I would like to note that borscht is clearly prepared from canned beetroot, which gives a sour taste. The second point is, either I'm a fool, or my skis are not going, but I clearly have a different understanding of shrimp. In the photo, the shrimp are visible on the edge of the plate.
It's hard to even call it shrimp. Also, I want to note that the noodles were overcooked, which spoiled the impression of the dish.
The service is normal, the price tag for such a place will do.

The last time I visited this institution was in 2020. The impression of the food was terrible. I love meat, but there are big problems with meat in Amsterdam. I ordered a pork steak. A tasteless piece was brought, most of which consisted of lard. I gave up on this institution, but 4 years later in 2024 I gave it another chance)) And in vain, nothing has changed. The kitchen was disgusting and remained so. This time I ordered beef.
The portions are small. They brought two round stones, about 4 centimeters in diameter. The meat was of poor quality, almost everything was in the veins. It tastes tasteless. There were also rustic potatoes attached to the dish, from which sunflower oil flowed, there was so much oil in the plate that after collecting it, one could fry another portion. Well, the vegetables should have been grilled. As it turned out, they mean three centimeter pieces of bell pepper😁 And the salad) there was just a taste of a dechman ointment. But the strudel turned out to be delicious. If I give you another chance, then obviously again in four years. The guys working there definitely need to go on an excursion to a dogma or an Irish pub to understand what level of food there is in the city.

Очень вежливые и быстрые официанты, цены приемлемые. За 70р мы 2 взрослых и 4 детей покушать смогли на ура. Готовят вкусно, очень порадовало, что есть 2 места где можно отдельно сидеть от зала.

Приехали на лето в Борисов и были очень приятно удивлены придя в кафе Амстердам! Интерьер довольно приличный для кафе. Есть столики для курящих и некурящих! Также можно уединиться от окружающих в выделенной зоне,там расположен стол с удобным диваном и шторы-занавески.
Еда очень даже вкусная!Удивляет разнообразие блюд. Есть взрослое и детское меню! Также в дневное время есть скидка на бизнес-ланч,что не может не радовать посетителей данного заведения!
Можно заказать пиццу в кафе и на вынос. На счёт пиццы по моему мнению в Амстердам одна из лучших в Борисове.
Время приготовления блюд быстрое,сколько раз там обедали более 15 минут не превышало ожидание.
Персонал доброжелательный! Девочки приветливые,отлично справляются со своими обязанностями!
Для гостей и жителей Борисова рекомендую кафе Амстердам для посещения!

As for the dishes - everything was delicious, at home. The portion according to the gram and the cost are also in order.special respect for dessert, we immediately noticed it on the slate at the entrance and wanted to try it, but it exceeded all expectations!!!! Tender, lots of toppings + raspberry topping + ice cream!!
Bottom line: we want to come back again, because it is relatively inexpensive here, and for the sake of this strudel, we are ready for anything!

Вкусно. Приятная обстановка.Решила дополнить отзыв. Посетила ещё раз это кафе. И осталась очень довольна. Салат и драник с грибами и курицей оказались вкусными и сытными. Меню достаточно разнообразное. Персонал был на высоте. Я даже такого не ожидала. Все подробно рассказала и посоветовала какое блюдо можно выбрать в том же ценовом диапазоне и не менее вкусное. Аплодисменты! Компания наша осталась довольна!По цене вышло ерунда. Было предложение ещё раз повторить.

Наверное самое лучшее кафе в борисове (цена-качество) персонал вежливый, подача салата 6 минут, подача горячего блюда 15 минут, всем рекомендую "сковородку" напоминает деревню, очень вкусно, в целом заведением остался доволен, можно хорошо перекусить всей семьей, выбор по меню будет как для взрослых так и для детей.

Заезжал с семьей 16.07.2023 в кафе Амстердам в г. Борисов. Уровнем обслуживания был «приятно» удивлен. Приборы - вилки, ложки и тарелки грязные! Официант подтвердила, что имеются проблемы с мойкой посуды, но мне от этого не легче и очень неприятно видеть плохо вымытую посуду. По заказу: в грибном крем-супе находился непротертый лук; в салате Цезарь имелись несвежие, желтые и горькие листы пекинской капусты, кроме того по размеру порции салат совсем не выглядил на свои деньги. Вместе с тем к официантам претензий нет. В заведении неприятный запах дешевой столовой. До уровня хорошего кафе сервис мягко говоря очень не дотягивает. Советую обходить стороной данное место.

Мясо жарят ОЧЕНЬ ВКУСНО! Особенно запечённое с овощами... Ммммм!
Цены средние, может даже чутка высокие. Но готовят вкусно и закуски к пиву всегда горячие приносят.
3 звезды за курящих в зале. Невозможно наслаждаться ароматом жареного мяса, когда тебе в нос бьёт сигаретный дым. Запрещайте курить в зале. В Минске во всех Коронах с "Ммстердамом" не курят.

Попали в часы акции "Бизнес ланч". Меню позволяет выбрать блюда на свой вкус. Полноценный обед (первое, второе, салат) обошелся в 15 BYN. Обслужили довольно быстро, принимают оплату по карте. Зал просторный, удобные кресла и диванчики.

Ехали с Минска, заезжали на обед. Конечно существенное отличие от минских цен, очень удивились когда увидели борщ за 5р. Но не смотря на это готовят вкусно, принесли заказ быстро. Заведение достаточно большое, есть отдельные столики для курящих, от которы кстати совершенно не несёт дымом. Вытяжка работает как надо

Очень уютное место. Можно отмечать любые праздники. Вкусная и достойная кухня красивая подача. Большой выбор напитков.Вежливые официанты. Рекомнлую сходить как с семьёй так и компанией.
