September 2024. Expensive and "Tasteless". I advise you to take only drinks in glass and admire the view, there is no kitchen. There is no seafood in the sea salad, only lettuce leaves and a ton of balsamic vinegar. There is nothing fried in the "Frying pans": boiled and steamed unleavened meat, no vegetables and so fast serving, as if heated in a microwave oven. They even brought semi-raw French fries.

We have been to this cafe twice. For the first time, we took salad, pork steak, beer and a blue lagoon cocktail. The cocktail is just water with water, the beer is the same, bottled is not available. I liked the dishes, I was delighted with the salad in general. Because of him, they got there just the second time. And I don't know what happened, there was another cook, but to my disappointment the same salad was brought, but the eggplant was raw and not crunchy at all from the word at all. I was upset. There were several items on the menu that they wanted to order, the frying pan with pork was not very good, the meat was tough. Julienne with chicken is tiny and there are a lot of onions in it... the waitress is a good girl, but like many here in Abkhazia she is super tired. It was also disappointing that they let you into the cafe with a bare torso, well, like a cafe on the beach, of course, but nevertheless, it's generally unpleasant to sit and eat next to naked people. Prices are like everywhere else. Three solid points for the location, for good ones (some!!!) dishes and for relatively many others here, a more or less smiling waitress.

Almost everything that was ordered was delicious: meat, salads, an excellent sea cocktail, self-made dumplings are also great, good service, we ate there for three days in a row. Great view from the tables to the sea. The waiting time is short, they bring it quickly. In the evening, a man and a girl sing, and this spoils the impression of the place. It would be better if the radio was playing or just pop music than listening to the whining and whining of voiceless vocalists.

We ordered a boat, delicious, soft, big tasty, lots of cheese, one of the best that we tried in Abkhazia, the meat is delicious, juicy in Abkhazian, Caesar salad, I liked the sauce, slicing, the chicken is dry, good service : polite, fast enough. Beautiful view, almost on the shore, among the pines, were in the daytime, pleasant music, clean. On the downside, there was no Wi-Fi in August, there is no private toilet.

After lunch in Amzar, my young man began to feel terribly sick right from the spot, we immediately went to the hospital in Gagra, poisoning was diagnosed. I felt sick a few hours later, gushing from all holes throughout the night, we literally slept on the toilet in turn between attacks. The only place where we ate that day was this place. We ate with friends, everything is fine with them, the only thing that differed from our order was the ear, most likely it was made of rotten fish.

10.07.21. We went to this cafe for lunch. The menu is small, the choice is small, but the cost of the dishes is one of the highest.
Among other dishes, French fries were ordered (they promised 200 grams for 165 rubles), in fact they brought a little more than a teaspoon of potatoes on a plate. When the child ate and we were waiting for the next order, we came to our senses that it should be 200 grams and what was brought to us twice did not match. We went to deal with them (because honestly it was the 17th day of our vacation and we were already tired, then the price tag is huge,
but deception and body kit at every step). The waiter and the others started blaming everything on the cook, saying they had nothing to do with it. Then they brought it on a plastic plate, which was larger than the one that brought us 200 grams of potatoes (as stated in the menu) and it was immediately obvious that the portion was almost twice as large. For the purity of the experiment, they were poured onto the plate on which they brought us (of course there was more - with a slide - unfortunately I did not take a picture). In the photo below is the portion that was originally brought to us and a plate on the background of a teaspoon. When I offered to pay 100 rubles out of 165 (for potatoes), we were told that they would bring potatoes - a disgrace. In the photo, where the potatoes are without sauce, this is what was reported🤦♀️
The pilaf was delicious, borscht for 4. The tables were clean.
