I want to share my extremely negative impression of communicating with an employee of this agency. I wanted to rent an apartment at N.Tesla, 14. 25.07 I tried for a long time to get through to the agent. When I did get through, I was assigned a viewing of the apartment on mubbotu 27.07 hours at 18 and clarified that they would definitely call me back. No one called me back, so I stopped trying to get to the agent myself. I succeeded, the agent made an appointment for 18-30, but said that someone was already watching the video in front of me and if it was taken off, they would call me. The question immediately arises: if I expressed a desire to see the apartment on Thursday, then why was I assigned to come on Saturday evening after someone, and if this ctl got caught up with me, then why did the agent not say on Thursday that the apartment would be watched and perhaps it would be rented before our meeting? By the specified time, no one called me back and I went to the address. On the spot, I tried to call the agent again and tell him that I had been waiting for a long time near the entrance. When the agent deigned to pick up the phone, she informed me that the apartment was rented. In general, I was faced with drunken unprofessionalism and a bestial attitude towards customers! As a result, I lost a few days to rent an apartment, I counted on this one, the whole Saturday was a mess and a pretty spoiled mood. I do NOT recommend even getting close to this organization!

When looking for a house to buy, we looked at many options from various agencies. The house that was most suitable was put up after the "Real Estate Time". The first thing I liked (and we looked at a lot of options) was that Tatiana and Marina always come to the show themselves (some other agencies gave the address - go, look. Well, we looked, and what?? And then- inspection- questions arise- we are immediately answered, and the possession of information is so complete: from the layout of the house to the specifics of this transaction. And even just to talk, explain, understand your requests at a glance. In general, at the time of inspection of this house, buying it seemed impossible for us, because of the money requested and the seller could not find decent options in return. I could not imagine that such work could be done to bring everyone to the possibility of a deal. They were constantly in touch with us, they always answered all our questions, even idiotic ones. But I immediately told them that I was dreaming about this house, and no matter how many options we looked at, including them, everything was wrong. Bottom line: we bought this house, in the process of the transaction we were led like small children by the handle, telling us how it was better and more profitable for us. We sold our apartment and cottage through the same agency. They work superbly, conscientiously. And it feels so good that there was not even a thought to doubt. I recommend
