The place is interesting, especially if you have not been to the ruins and want to make a pilgrimage to the mountains. It is possible to get there on foot, but it is difficult. There are stunning views from above, all the efforts of the lift are justified.

The place is incredibly beautiful. You go, crazy views open up. The 10th century tower, it's creepy. There is also a chapel of the Iverian Mother of God, an inexhaustible well with clean water. The soul is resting there.

It's beautiful, the view from the soma tower is just awesome. But in order to reach it, you will have to sweat. There is no normal road, you walk on stones. Going down is much easier. Entrance is paid in 2023 it was 300 rubles per person. It is not clear why, but it was so. You can visit once. I wouldn't want to go downhill a second time

Procopia is mandatory to visit.Every visit I make to the New World is also a trip to Anakopia. Put on comfortable shoes and go ahead. Prepare cash to pay for admission. And in May 2023, the entrance was 300 rubles. There is a spring with the purest water waiting for you upstairs, so take an empty bottle with you. The view from the fortress is simply the best view! You have to see it with your own eyes.

We were in July. It is better to get to the ticket office by car, on foot very high! Parking is still a decent climb into the mountains, no special skills are required!) There are remnants of the wall and the entrance tower on top! There are crazy views of the sea and New Athos. The place is a must-visit! A beautiful view, an active walk and the opportunity to get in touch with history. You can get to the checkpoint by taxi (above the caves) and then walk up the mountain, the road is comfortable, but shoes are not slippery are welcome. The ticket price was around 250r -300r. The fortress has a well with drinking water and a small chapel.

A good place to test your strength. Take more water and empty bottles! It's easy to catch heat stroke. Athletic shoes are highly desirable. It would be hard to climb with children. But overall it's worth it. 300 rubles per person, it's not clear for what, but it's worth it.
