We liked the hotel in general. The pool is great (clean), the sauna too, the breakfasts are very tasty! The staff (especially Tatiana and Elena are very nice and helpful!!! Thank them very much for their hospitality! ) The receptionist, although smiling sweetly, was less hospitable.
Cleaning every other day, there was not enough toilet paper) there were not enough dishes in the apartment with a kitchen, I had to ask every time.
The only disadvantage is the location from the sea, a taxi solves this issue (300-500r), but we knew about it. And it's better not to swim on the nearest beach, it's better to go on Mocha or Sinop.

For the first time we had a vacation with my wife in Abkhazia.
I liked the hotel very much, the advantages of the modern interior, sauna and swimming pool are always freely available, sun beds and constant Internet, but there are small things that the hotel on a hill remembered.It takes 15-20 minutes on foot from the sea, if you drive by car all the time , then there are no questions .
By the way, there is a gorgeous parking lot in the hotel area, the administration communicates with the guests as correctly as possible and always responds to their wishes.

We had a rest with my wife from 17.09 to 25.09 (we are leaving now).
A wonderful hotel, everything is at the highest level. Comfortable, cozy rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, Underfloor heating in the toilet, safe.
Sauna and swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas, relax music.
Be careful in the rain, the marble steps are slippery, my wife fell and badly hurt her back and arm(
Great and delicious breakfasts.
The staff is helpful and hospitable, special thanks to Anya!
We will definitely come back next year, eight days were not enough)

We have been vacationing since 07/5.24 at this hotel. I liked everything very much: a clean and warm pool, cleaning every 2 days, you can take 2 bottles of water every day at the counter. The girls are very friendly and always ready to help. We haven't been to the sauna, I can't write anything about it. But the breakfasts are very tasty and hearty. There is Anana cafe above, they cook very tasty and the view is amazing. Once you visit, you won't regret it. It's really a long way to the sea, but we bought a SIM with the Internet, downloaded the application and traveled by taxi calmly, the prices are low for it. I definitely recommend it!

I really liked the hotel! The location is certainly not the best, it's a long way to the beaches, and you have to walk to the center of the capital, but the staff and the owner try to compensate for these geographical disadvantages.
You can get into the hotel with pets, which is a huge plus for us and a sign of a civilized attitude. The breakfasts are not bad, the quality is above average! Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and mountains, clean air, swimming pool.
I was very pleased with the sauna, although it was often occupied by children. And there's nothing to say about the numbers. All furniture, plumbing, mattress for five!

We had a rest in August 2023. The room is family-run, very comfortable, clean, hearty breakfasts. Thanks to the administrator for Anita, she always helped. The pool is clean and warm. There is a sauna, billiards. One wish is to make lunches and dinners at the hotel, because the nearest cafe is a little far away. It is not necessary to have a buffet, it is quite complex, or to order.

The hotel is super! I liked everything! Cozy, quiet, calm, at home. Beautiful territory, well-groomed and clean. The room itself is small, but very pleasant and equipped with everything you need. The water pump hummed often, but we got used to it. We were satisfied with our stay, we would come again! It is a pity that the hotel does not work in winter.

Great hotel. Even by world standards. New renovation, comfortable accommodation. Located a little away from the sea. But in Sukhum, this is not a problem, but a virtue, since the sea in the city is dirty.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel is small and quiet. There is its own Parking, sauna, heated swimming pool. I really liked everything, I recommend the hotel

If it were possible, I would give a minus grade. When booking, it was extremely important for us, the administrator guaranteed a warm pool, in fact, it's not like swimming, it's impossible to enter it. The receptionist said - after the sauna, that's the thing. With frequent problems with electricity in this country, there is no generator in the "Boutique" hotel, although even in the smallest cafes they are. During the 4 days of stay, there was never a cleaning in the room, towels were replaced, water was not brought, even garbage was not taken away. Well, that's not surprising. We were alone in the entire territory of this hotel. There are no staff. If you need to call a taxi, they won't help you. You will need a taxi. There is nothing nearby except a small store. To the sea on foot 30 min. Go back to the mountain. All cafes, pharmacies, etc. at least 20 minutes on foot.The center is 40 minutes away. We had a room with a kitchen. The ceilings are low (you can reach them by hand), the room is not ventilated, very dark, even if you open all the blinds and curtains. But if there was someone else here besides us, you can't do that, there are tables and a smoking area outside the window. Periodically, a rattling sound appeared in the ceiling, as if from mice. We shot a video and contacted the administrator. The answer is, I can't get in there, it didn't happen before. It is not possible to get through to the administrator after 20- even later or a fire. For a moment, in March, the room for the day is 7k.
The disappointment is complete. I do not recommend this "Boutique" hotel to anyone.

It is important for us that you can check into the hotel with a small dog)
We checked in in the evening and were pleasantly surprised! Friendly responsive receptionist, sooo fresh and stylish renovation in the rooms, heated pool and sauna) the hosts are responsive)
We decided to stay here a little longer)
Of course, if you want a hotel by the sea, then this is not your option. We were by car and enjoyed riding 5 minutes to the embankment)
The pleasant view of the hotel and rooms was more important for us)

Abkhazia, in a word Abkhazia.
Everyone smiles when it comes to money.
But as soon as they need to be returned. a thousand reasons for refusal immediately appear.
I booked two rooms at the Anana hotel, through Ostrovok, the hotel contacted me, asking me to make an advance payment of 30% of the total cost in the amount of 39,000 thousand rubles. The transfer was made directly to the card of the hotel owner.
For family reasons, we were forced to cancel the trip on July 25, (the check-in voucher indicates the date that the cancellation is free until August 4.).
I inform the hotel about this, to which I receive a reply that my prepayment is irrevocable, that some kind of mistake has occurred and the date I specified is incorrect.
I.e. my money, my all documents turned out to be just a letter from a film, for one simple reason that the hotel decided so.
Now I am solving the issue only through the "island", but if suddenly you choose a vacation to Abkhazia, then it is better to choose a vacation in another country for such money, and go to Abkhazia for a day. Beautiful nature, great sea. But it doesn't matter so much when the game starts at one gate.
P.s. The reputation and face of the hotel, what you can't buy for no money.

We rested in this hotel, the suites ( let me remind you , the most expensive of the proposed segment) , the design is beautiful , clean , stylish , chic for Abkhazia. And this is probably the end of the positive impressions.
The hotel administration deserves special attention , namely the owners and their subjects. You are nice and interesting to them as long as you "save" money upon check-in. Then total control begins:
- drying clothes is not advisable on the balcony (because your little things will spoil the "luxury" look of the hotel), as well as that drying clothes in the hotel is paid,
- there are cameras everywhere
-control of the bar and its daily revision.
Well, the most wonderful emotions are the evening when the owner comes with his friends with a put-on look, and behaves defiantly and boorishly, drinking drinks and pleasing the powerful of the world. Brazenly using the hotel for their own purposes of relaxation and drunkenness.
His wife may also not even say hello after full payment, although she will welcome you with open arms upon check-in ... Well, that's right, your mission in front of her is over.
The breakfasts are delicious , but they are most often dragged across the street from the house of those very owners. A cleaning woman sits at the table and casually watches who took and ate how much . Ugh, it's disgusting.
-The hotel provides a transfer to any beach, but forces vacationers to adjust to the driver, not the driver to the guests, the driver always looks like you always owe him something.
In general , from such an arrogant attitude on the part of the staff , I want to escape from these walls . And the owners just want to ask the question : do you want to change your place of residence by moving into the house opposite ? We assure you , it will be more convenient to supervise the guests this way 😉

A cozy and comfortable hotel with its own swimming pool on site. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower and a constantly working sauna. The administrator Natalia is very sensitive and can always prompt and help with any question.

When we were in Sukhumi, the weather was bad there. The sauna and the swimming pool were very helpful. The room was 2 rooms, small. The 1 room rooms are huge- super. The bathroom is super. The bar is open from 16:00 - if it rains. There is a long embankment. There are many interesting cafes and restaurants

Great place, hospitable hosts. We had a rest with our family at the end of May, the hotel is new, there is everything you need and even more. Good repair, delicious breakfasts (thanks again to the hostess!!!) there is a nice swimming pool, sauna, places to relax by the pool, billiard room. Beautiful view of Sukhum. The historical center is 5 minutes away by car. We will definitely come again.

A huge disadvantage of the hotel is the long distance to the beach, but they provide a free shuttle service, which you have to wait at least 20 minutes, or even more, it was so that they did not come at all. It was very unnerving! The room is cleaned daily, sometimes they forgot to put disposable personal hygiene products, which is also not pleasant. It turned out to be expensive for not the best service.
