When I picked up the car, I was confused by the fact that the woman at the counter refused to give information about the serial numbers of the installed parts. Upon personal inspection, it turned out that the cost of installed parts is half as much as stated in the form. Regarding the window lifter, the master said that it was necessary to buy a new used mechanism, because the old one could not be repaired. As a result, after 1.5 months, the window lifter broke again. At a normal service station, it was established that nothing had changed there, but they just forged a little old one. As a result, complete stripping and non-compliance with the declared repair.

Лада гранта 2021 год. Нужна была регулировка клапанов. В городе Минске,на какое бы Сто я не обратился бы, все отказывались, в том числе и дилер Лада и говорили, что такую работу выполнить не могут, поскольку нету таких запчастей, для регулировки. Подсказали телефон Ананас сервис. Созвонился с начальником Сто Володей. Он сказал, что бы я пригонял машину, помогут. Приехав на место, встретился с ним, он по полочкам разложил фронт работы и рассчитал стоимость. Через сутки, позвонили и сказали, что авто готово. Приехал, рассчитался, забрал авто. Машина стала работать, лучше, чем по заводу новая!!! Выражаю огромную человеческую благодарность команде Сто Ананас!!! Теперь впредь буду обслуживать свой авто только у них!!! Сто выполняет любые работы!!! Рекомендую!!!!

2-ой раз на сервисе у ребят.
Претензий и нареканий нет, хорошая цена.
Единственное, что хотелось бы подтянуть - сервис и внимание к посетителю.
Как я понял, ребята берут заказы пачками, потому бегают от машины к машине. Может это в моём случае, но как есть пишу.
В целом, доволен.
С радостью проконсультируют в возникших вопросах если позволяет компетенция.

Приезжала первый раз на обслуживание по рекомендации знакомых, осталась очень довольна, приятным бонусом была компенсация за такси от работы до сто, когда забирала машину.
