I will not recommend this hotel to people who are used to the high level and quality of their holidays. This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars! The old room stock in the northern building of the residence, stripped furniture, poor cleaning, dirty headboard covered with yellow spots, very loud air conditioning, which is not possible to sleep with. There is no free water on the beach, they give water in the room, but in reusable glass bottles, and how they wash them is a big question. No one comes up to you on the beach, you will jump to open the umbrella yourself, you will also bring towels yourself . But that's not even the main thing. In the main restaurant, where there is a buffet, the staff paints all round tables with black polish, it looks like greasy paint that stains clothes, and it cannot be washed! 5 things in our wardrobe were ruined, among them one expensive white women's shirt of a famous brand. The manager of the residence and the manager of the hotel when meeting with us were absolutely not friendly and not kind, behaved extremely unpleasantly and arrogantly, they got the impression that they do not like Russian tourists, and they also do not like when they are presented with claims. They proved to us that there could be no paint in the restaurant, then we had to show them a video shot in the restaurant.
They didn't like it very much, because there was nothing to object to. They did not apologize, they only said that they could offer us free dry cleaning, and if the stains do not go away, then these are our problems, and they will not compensate for the cost of things, because we do not have receipts for them. This is just a rare rudeness, unworthy of a 5-star hotel! We also showed them a photo of an unmade mountain of dishes at our breakfast and a dirty headboard in the room, to which they did not respond at all, showing that they did not care about our opinion and perception. We have never seen such a creepy staff and such an attitude anywhere. They just don't care about their guests. The shirt was cleaned only after the second dry cleaning, 3 items were cleaned after the first, and one sweatshirt was never cleaned. Anyway, these things are no longer in the same condition as they were before. No one else approached us, did not ask for our opinion, did not apologize, we never saw any of the managers again.
