Two interconnected structures were discovered during excavations on a plot in the Selçikler resort. If this is one of the important cities of the Roman Empire, many more structures should appear. His current state is both unprotected and unattractive. Photos taken from the top of the structure show that this is a church. The only historical description I can find about it is as follows: the city of Sebaste was founded by the Roman emperor Augustus M.D.It was founded in the year 20 under the name Sebaste. It is one of the 12 important cities in the Roman Period. M.S. in the 9th century, it became the episcopal center of the nearby cities. There are two churches, large and small, in the city, which lived its most magnificent ages during the Byzantine Period.
