A very interesting place: the remains of ancient walls, an entrance road, foundations of buildings from different eras of the history of Troy. It's a long way from Istanbul, so we went there as part of a group on a day trip from Istanbul. All tours to Troy are in English, but if you know English at least at an intermediate level, then there will be no problems with understanding.
