We had a great rest in July 2025! Believe me, there is no better service in Abkhazia! The hospitable, sweet and friendly housewives Anna and her mother Irina Ivanovna are a caring troublemaker) Close to the sea, you can walk to it in the morning with a cup of coffee without any problems, delicious home cooking (they cook every single day), the room is cleaned and the bed is changed, well, the miracle is wonderful) beautiful dishes, a coffee machine, and generally order on the territory. The breakfasts are simply incredible, fresh, delicious and satisfying, we were pleasantly shocked by them. 😄 Beautiful territory around the house, near a shop with Turkish goods, Quiet and peaceful, as if you had come to your home in the country. I've been dreaming of staying in Andreanna for several years, and in 2025 I've made it happen. I heartily recommend everyone to visit

We returned from vacation, rested in Andreanna for 10 days (August), honestly I didn't even want to leave! The guest house is simply beyond words, it is so cozy, mentally quiet, calm and comfortable there! The rooms are clean, everything is done with taste and you can see that it is good, high-quality plumbing, comfortable beds and pillows, bed linen and towels (TOGAS brand) are snow-white. The hotel staff are kind and friendly people. The price includes breakfast, they cook very tasty, homemade. The prices for lunches and dinners are quite affordable. I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful holiday to everyone who keeps clean, cooks delicious, greets and accompanies guests: Liya, Hasmik, Tamara, Arutu. Low bow to the owners of the house: Irina Ivanovna and Andrey Vladimirovich, they are with all vacationers as with relatives, and of course Anya, she is just a smart girl, she organizes everything, helps in solving any issue, from the very beginning of booking, during rest and before departure she is always in touch. We decided for ourselves, if we go to Abkhazia, then we will stay only in Andreanna, 10 minutes by car from the border with Russia, clean warm sea in two minutes, the beach is well-groomed, equipped, sparsely populated. There are 3 cafes on the beach, you can rent sun beds, tents, umbrellas. Water activities (banana, cheesecake, jet skis, parachute, sapboards) and boat trips. During our vacation, a flock of dolphins swam to the shore once, it's a delight! Tsandripsh is a small cozy clean village with all the resort infrastructure: good roads, shops, tents with souvenirs, a market, canteens, cafes and restaurants with live music, various bureaus with a huge selection of excursions. I recommend Abkhazia to visit, and for a comfortable stay, choose Andreanna - this is the best hotel!!!

I want to leave a review about this hotel! We stayed there from August 16 to 23! It's not worth talking about the very wonderful location of the hotel, just fill in the address and look at the map! 3 minutes walk to the sea!!! Nearby there are shops, a market, cafes. I really want to tell you about the attitude of the hosts and staff to the guests. Thank you very much for your sensitivity, cordiality and care for your visitors!!
