We returned from a trip to Thailand, we really liked the rest, we were from 11/12/2024 to 11/24/2024. Now a few words about Anex tour. For the most part, everything was fine. Among the disadvantages: upon arrival in Tai, I had to wait 2 hours in a stuffy bus after a 9-hour flight until all the people gathered (with different flights), a kind of catharsis before the rest 😀 Spoiled the impression of the company by Anex's hotel guide, whose name is Asif. He talked for 5 minutes about Thailand's life hacks, after which he began offering excursions from anex. The price tag there is overstated by about 1.5 times. There are many companies in Tae where it is cheaper (but this is at your own risk). After our words that we would not go on excursions, passive aggression towards us began from anex, attempts to instill feelings of guilt in us, etc. I understand everything, he gets paid extra for this, but it's not professional, after all, a representative of the company. For almost 2 weeks of rest, he never asked us what questions we had or how to keep in touch. The man was obviously offended. But what can you do? Information about the return transfer from otley to the airport had to be forcibly knocked out, and only on the 3rd attempt did we get an answer to our question. In general, anex tour is not bad, but Asif has something to work on..)

I flew to the UAE in January.
I have no complaints about Alex. The transfers were clear. I was at a free shop in Dubai. Anex took me back and forth for free, even though I didn't buy anything.
However, the representative of Anex, Maria, did not have information about free museums in Dubai, which still exist.
