There is simply no better hotel than Anna on Cypress Alley... The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, cozy and homely. Spacious rooms, daily cleaning, always friendly staff...the advantages can be listed indefinitely! The sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Excursions and transfers can be booked at the hotel, there is its own parking lot, so you will not have to worry about the car. Each room has a balcony, which is very pleasant to sit on in the evenings. The hotel grounds themselves are very green, there is a playground and activities for children are often held. There is a recreation area on site. We didn't want to leave at all...there are only the warmest memories of this place and its wonderful team!

Great hotel! We had a vacation with my husband from September 18 to 28, 2024. Very friendly and friendly staff! We are always ready to help and answer all your questions! The room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed! There is a kettle, glasses, tea. A bottle of homemade wine was waiting for us upon arrival!) very nice! There is a microwave, an ironing board and an iron in the lobby. We really liked it!!! There is something to compare it with! But the comparison is always in Anna's favor)) We are with you forever!!! I highly recommend the Anna Hotel to everyone! ;)

We visited this hotel in September. Good location on Cypress alley, lots of greenery, 5 minutes to the sea.
A cozy territory, all issues are resolved quickly, if something does not suit, the only smell in our room is from food, apparently hoods from cafes work nearby, well, not cheap, although Abkhazia has become expensive in general, apparently there is no end of vacationers...
