There is simply no better hotel than Anna on Cypress Alley... The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, cozy and homely. Spacious rooms, daily cleaning, always friendly staff...the advantages can be listed indefinitely! The sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Excursions and transfers can be booked at the hotel, there is its own parking lot, so you will not have to worry about the car. Each room has a balcony, which is very pleasant to sit on in the evenings. The hotel grounds themselves are very green, there is a playground and activities for children are often held. There is a recreation area on site. We didn't want to leave at all...there are only the warmest memories of this place and its wonderful team!

I stayed at the hotel in July 2024. Very nice hotel, did not disappoint. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are bright. The air conditioning is running at full capacity and in the corridor on each floor, so the hotel is very comfortable everywhere. In the room there is an electric kettle, a set of dishes (cups, cups, teaspoons and a corkscrew), a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV. All the equipment works perfectly. The furniture is in good condition. In the hallway on each floor there is an ironing board with an iron and a microwave, as well as a supply of toilet paper, so that at any time, if necessary, you can replenish the finished roll. There is always water in the hotel, even when the electricity is turned off (this is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia). The staff is friendly. The location is very good.

Great hotel! We had a vacation with my husband from September 18 to 28, 2024. Very friendly and friendly staff! We are always ready to help and answer all your questions! This year we had a vacation in September and we were lucky not only with the weather. The Anna Hotel, which is located in Pitsunda on Cypress Alley, surprised with its hospitality - coziness, comfort, cleanliness and tranquility at the highest level! Only after visiting you do you understand why vacationers book rooms for summer and autumn in January. The hotel does not provide catering services, but you will be offered coffee or homemade wines. A large selection of cafes with delicious homemade cuisine are within walking distance. Upon check-in, we were complimented with a bottle of wine, the room was cleaned every day, new bottles of gel and shampoo appeared in the bathroom every day, bags of black and green tea were on the table in the room, the bed linen was changed three times in 10 days! Comfortable double bed, balcony with a wonderful view of the alley, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, large mirror, kettle, hair dryer... There is a large library on the ground floor... convenient Parking, a Playground and a large gazebo... there is everything you need for a good rest! And most importantly, the sea is only 5 minutes away! Many thanks to Magdalene, the hostess of the hotel, the administrator and all the staff. You are the best! A nice guest house, but there is nowhere to eat in the house itself, there are cafes and canteens nearby. The managers are good. It's about 10 minutes to the sea, but usually there are big waves, you can walk along the cypress grove to another beach, there are usually fewer waves there. The hotel was found on Yandex maps, the reviews are good, and we wanted to stay there for one night. It was at the very end of October, and I was sure that there would definitely be rooms available. Therefore, I did not call or book a room - there was just some uncertainty in the plans, and we were not sure that we would stay in Pitsunda.
And so in the evening, we drive up in the hope of comfortable accommodation five hundred meters from the sea, and there is a question over the fence - who are you to? Have you booked? You can't stay with us for one night, at least for three, until you see👋
And that's it, he didn't even open the gate.
To be honest, I have not encountered such a thing yet.
It seems to be correct - why let everyone in a row, it is necessary to protect the peace of legally settled citizens)
But when you get a Soviet message in any direction instead of a bed for the night, it hurts a little bit.
As a result, we stopped on the 10th floor of the Literary Fund and got high in the morning from the view from the balcony, but evening circles around the city gave us a few unpleasant minutes.
PS It looks like I offended someone with this review.
If so, I'm sorry. The hotel itself makes a pleasant impression on the outside, and I'm sure in other circumstances I could appreciate its advantages and have a great time in this place.

The sea is 5 minutes away in a straight line along the street with cafes and goods. The shops are also in plain sight. You can walk to the calmer surf through a pine grove in 15 minutes. There is also a small playground and, by the way, not every hotel has it, a tap where you can rinse your feet and slates in order to avoid bringing sand to the room.
At the Reception, we were met by the assistant of the hostess of the hotel, told us everything, gave out the keys and offered to carry the suitcases to the 3rd floor), the building consists of 4 floors, there is no elevator.But it didn't bother.There are air conditioners on all floors, so you don't feel stuffy and uncomfortable in the heat.We liked the room for its cleanliness and conciseness.There were no slippers, but everything else was present and complemented in full.There are a lot of towels, changed every day or on request, bed in three days 1 time.But what kind of hearts and swans from towels were twisted by the girl from the cleaning service when replacing the bedclothes)), a separate mercy.And there was a greeting present waiting for us in the refrigerator, a bottle of red wine "Highlander".Separate mercy))So, the hotel is conveniently located, to the left you go to the city center and the local landmark of the 14th century Temple, to the right along the alley with cafes to the sea.The food is delicious everywhere and the portions are good.Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the cleanliness, friendliness and service of their guests.Now only to you!🤗

This year we stayed at this hotel. Well, I just really liked everything. Very friendly and courteous staff, very clean, cleaning every day, clean towels, bed linen changed every 3 days, hair dryer, kettle. Close to the sea, along a shady cypress alley.
Huge beaches, the sea is clean, dolphins swim, there is a nature reserve nearby where you can walk, the air is extraordinary. Along the pine beach, you can relax in the shade. There are many cafes nearby, delicious food.

1 at the entrance to the room there was a lack of a hanger and a shoe rack.
2 it is desirable to increase the TV in size , it is too small for this room ,
3 I would like parking to be included in the price at this cost of the hotel .

It's a great place. We rested in this house on July 25, 2022. A very polite hostess, the staff is always ready to help you and solve all your problems. We were vacationing with two children, so we took the first floor. Of the pros, this is silence, of the cons, the laundry did not dry at all, since the entire balcony was covered in flowers, but this is nonsense.
Location: close to the sea, you can also walk to the center, there are many cafes nearby where you can have a snack. There is no kitchen in this house.
Recommendations:
- there are a lot of raptors, mosquitoes and midges to take with you.
- if you need silence, it is better to take the windows on the opposite side, as it was with us. At the time of our rest, a company from Tatarstan arrived, about 20 people, and there was a time when they sat and buzzed for two or three nights almost until morning, if your windows overlook the courtyard, then everything will be perfectly audible.
If you are driving, then there is a place in the yard, but 4-5 cars will enter there and they are carpenters, the territory itself is small.

I come to Pitsunda 4 times, stayed in different hotels, but I liked the Anna hotel more than the others. There is a small playground for children, the rooms are clean, everything is cleaned on time.
