We found this store in search of a bed, the room is huge. But unfortunately, we didn't find what we were looking for.
However, despite the failure with the bed, it is worth noting the impressive range presented at Anrex. The variety of styles and price categories allows us to hope that every customer will be able to find something for themselves here. The spacious exhibition hall provides an opportunity to evaluate the dimensions and design of the furniture in person, which is an undoubted advantage.
As for the location, the access roads leave much to be desired. It may be worth considering improving the infrastructure or providing more detailed instructions for navigating to the store.
In general, Anrex is a furniture store with great potential. Improving access roads and possibly expanding the range in certain product categories could make it even more attractive to customers.

Dear Anrex store administration!
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that on April 27, when I arrived at the WAREHOUSE Store from another city, I found that the warehouse was temporarily closed, but this information was not indicated anywhere.
Due to the lack of warning, I took the time to visit the store, but I couldn't get the desired product. This situation misleads customers and creates inconvenience.
Post the information on the website, in Instagram, a clear notification about the temporary inactivity of the warehouse.

The staff is on the phone, I buy this manufacturer twice not in this store, it's more expensive here and "out of stock" and "take a 3 m countertop and cut yourself" and I counted the kitchen without discussing what I need ((( and the readiness is unknown...in short, I went to a furniture store in Chizhovka and bought what I wanted and they kindly picked up ANY table top!!! We bought a Lima cabinet to order for up to 60 days. It was done in 10 minutes. They called and delivered it at the agreed time. We assembled it together in 2 hours. It took more time to spread the fittings themselves over the parts of the cabinet. The instructions are detailed. And the assembly turned out to be very easy. The quality matches the price, we are satisfied. The store itself is large. There are many beautiful collections, the design is decent.
But. Of the minor disadvantages. The consultants don't show any interest at all. Or rather, there was 1 girl. We chose everything ourselves, came up and told which closet we needed. You can make your own order through the website. The store is large, but the lighting is very low. It is impossible to change anything in the modification of furniture. For example, we wanted to add a mirror. But if it is not provided by the manufacturer in a specific cabinet model, then nothing can be changed. A solid 5, as the cabinet itself is wonderful.

The furniture is good, the store is conveniently located, but the workers, as in the USSR, are not interested in sales, do not offer anything, do not leave the construction site, choose and mark on the booklet if you can figure it out yourself. When ordering, only delivery is made, unloading and lifting to the floor is not provided, they say that then arrange with the driver Delivery is scheduled for a date and not a specific time. As a result, it will not be possible to order movers from the outside. And upon delivery, the driver refuses to carry a large amount of furniture into the apartment and can be understood, since he arrives alone. So, those who do not count on their strength need to think about whether it is worth ordering furniture here. And keep in mind that you need to check the integrity by unpacking the boxes in the presence of the driver, that is, in this case on the street.

They could not immediately find it, the navigator led through the industrial zone, the husband called at 19:30 to the store to clarify how to get there. The girl, snorting in a dissatisfied voice, explained.
After 10-15 minutes, I went to get my online order (a small box - table legs). The same girl, with the same dissatisfied, but already face, sent me to the first office down the corridor. The guy from this office, the only friendly employee there, went to the warehouse for my order. Immediately outside the door, the workers - 2 girls and a man began to loudly discuss my "bad manners" and how did I dare to come to them so late. By the way, the male employee said that if I have something big there, then he won't stand it for me. They discussed the meaning of the word "education" very colorfully, showing themselves that they were not familiar with it at all. I paid off and left at exactly 19:50. By this time, all the employees were standing over me in outerwear and with bags. The girl at the checkout even forgot how to use the terminal. I hope I didn't really delay them leaving work 10 minutes earlier. If anything, let them forgive me, ill-mannered)

I said that I would not wait and refuse to order. After 10 minutes, they report that the furniture is already on its way. It's strange why they told me they weren't going literally 10 minutes ago. In general, I ordered furniture from another supplier and I'm lying admiring it))) it is natural to go into anrex and admire the beautiful furniture, the desire has disappeared and it is natural to advise too. The most unpleasant thing is that I was only interested in where my furniture was, I did not receive a single call from the staff all the time. It was very unpleasant to work with you. In general, I will say that the furniture is very good and insanely beautiful, but alas, it is not available) I wish to be more customer-oriented.

There are many exhibition samples. Beds, cupboards, cabinets. It's surprisingly beautiful. We bought a table and a bed. There are no complaints during the year. The only furniture in the House (on Yakub Kolos) can be bought with a larger installment plan, and sometimes with a discount, which are not provided in the anrex store itself.
