The salon where I really feel like in Moscow… Staff, professionalism, speed., atmosphere. The interior is very pleasant. The interior is seasoned. The staff is friendly. It's amazing to even read negative reviews about the salon. I have only good impressions. Thank you girls

Today I visited this salon for the first time. Very pleasant emotions were aroused by the masters: friendly receptionist Alina, manicure master Aigerim and hairdresser Gulnara. The prices are above market, but very fast and professional work is worth the money spent. The cabin has a very calm atmosphere, thanks to the correct arrangement of workplaces, no one interferes with each other, even I was immersed for a moment in watching the scenery on the TV screen. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to clean up in peace.

That's how great I went to cut the cascade, and then I had a fight with the beauty salon because they didn't want to return the money and said that the haircut was great, and it was all my fault. I came without a reference and said, "Please make a cascade." They have a lot of work in this technique on their page, and I thought they could definitely handle it. After styling, everything seemed fine, but when I washed my hair, I realized that it was trash. The layers are uneven, everything sticks out, it doesn't hold its shape, the bangs are stupidly cut raggedly. I wrote to the salon that it was substandard work and asked for a refund. In response, I received a million cool arguments: — "In the photo, we only see that the bangs are broken from collecting hair in a ponytail" — "We don't see a bad haircut in the photo" — "There are different ways to put hair on the photo" - "Maybe you just need to learn how to style it" The funny thing is that they wrote: — "Find a reference haircut without styling and send it to us" — "It all depends on the reference you came with initially" — "You got an Aurora. This is one of the 4 types of cascade" Although I initially said that I didn't have a reference, I just asked for a cascade. But judging by Aurora's photo on the Internet, it's definitely not the same as mine. And then it turned out that it was actually the author's Aurora. I mean, I had to give them something, but they're still cutting their own kind of cascade. In general, why am I writing all this?: I can't stand it when companies don't try to resolve a conflict, but instead blame the client and write outright nonsense. I want people to know that if something happens to you in this salon, no one will solve your problem. Think before you go there. I attach the photo after washing and styling with a hair dryer and now two days later. And if you just wash your hair and do nothing, it's just a nightmare on your head. I've done a cascade before, it suits thick hair very well and sat well even without styling. So I'm sure it's just a sloppy haircut and that's it.
