Very friendly attitude, wonderful breakfasts, convenient location - a 5-minute walk from the promenade where dolphins swim, also near Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Cistern Basilica and the whole old town in general.
Of the cons:
There is no sound insulation completely.
The smell of an old house.
