The place is great. Small, cozy apartments. It's a very quiet place, which is very nice. Good repair, there is a condo.
The owner is just super, a very nice and decent person. It was very pleasant for us to spend time with a family with a child, we will definitely come again!
The price is very affordable.
The location is good, the taxi is inexpensive to the center. The air is fresh, the accommodation left only positive emotions.

Very nice hotel! A small apartment. Everything is there: refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes and even sugar with tea. The furniture is all new. There is an air conditioner and a heater in case of a heating shutdown (it is not uncommon in Yerevan)
The location is excellent - the center is close, shops, cafes are nearby
Wonderful owner! I helped, prompted, met at six in the morning and settled in
Next time I will definitely try to settle there!
