We stayed at this rental for a few days. On our departure day, we were supposed to check out by 11:00. Just as we were still preparing, exactly at 11:00, the staff barged in without warning and tried to force us out. We also received harassing phone calls telling us to leave, with them shouting at us. It was completely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

We booked a room for a day at the Novotel Apartments at 10 Volodarsky Street. We really liked everything - the room was clean, had a pleasant smell, clean linen, towels, filtered water, tea and coffee, all necessary hygiene products, and a comfortable bed. We liked everything, we recommend it! We paid online, contactless check-in via an electronic lock. It is very convenient and does not create unnecessary fuss. The room has a special feature - transparent glass in the shower and toilet. But it didn't make us uncomfortable. We definitely recommend apartments in the city center within walking distance of attractions, cafes and restaurants for a short stay.

I booked 72 Nezavisimosti Ave. for two days I want to point out the advantages and draw attention to some of the disadvantages. A huge plus is the proximity to the metro, the apartment is quite quiet (in the neighborhood), there is enough of everything. The necessary equipment, a set of dishes - everything is fine. The apartment is cozy and quite comfortable. Crystal-clear toilet, sink. But the shower stall, to be honest, is the question of what the employee who does the cleaning is paid for. The mattress is terrible, the springs are felt. If there are no questions about the general textiles, then the tulle is very dirty and it shows. The wall in the kitchen by the table - I don't want to sit at the table. The penny corners that are missing. It would also be nice to have at least paper towels in the kitchen. The apartment is great, but it requires high-quality care. I also didn't like the moment when the payment was linked to the dollar exchange rate, especially considering that the payment was made in Belarusian rubles. It turned out that I booked at the same price, but the actual payment was at a higher price. A separate advantage is the electronic lock You won't lose or forget the key.
