Manager Sergey was always in touch, promptly answered questions, helped with the selection. It is convenient that the sale and installation are in the same hands — there is no habitual "it's not for us, it's for the installers." Everything is clear and without delay. The air conditioner began to make noise when working - I applied under warranty — the air conditioner was replaced in a short time, without delay and excuses. Plus, the company provides annual maintenance, which is also convenient. All transactions are formalized: checks are issued, everything is transparent. The impression is positive. Unlike most of them, where they forget about you after you pay, here you can see that they are working for a long-term cooperation. I installed the air conditioner for myself, now I'm ordering the installation for my parents. I recommend.

I wanted to buy a gree bora inv r32 35m2 air conditioner, took the money for the prepayment and signed a contract, the next day I got a call saying: "either you change your mind in favor of an air conditioner that is designed for 25m2 or take the prepayment." To the question, what is the reason? There were no clear explanations (I assume that the necessary air conditioner simply did not turn out to be there, although they said that it was there and a contract was concluded). As a result, I had to drive halfway across the city to pick up the prepayment. I do not recommend buying here!!! P.S. Advice: if they ask for an advance payment, ask them to replace this word with a deposit, then x2 will be refunded to you if refused. And read the contract.

We bought it last year, the air conditioner is good, but nothing else is good from this company: the installation was put on the old highway, the holes in the wall were not repaired, the wind was blowing until they found the reason...The installer arrived and fixed it... Further on, the external unit was also mounted on old rails - it was wobbly, showed during installation - they replied that it was normal, but after the wind all the bolts unscrewed and fell out, the external unit was held on one bolt, called several times - zero reaction, I had to write a complaint to the website - they reacted, the installer arrived and was even indignant, why are we complaining? In general, I do not advise installation and maintenance from the word at all!!! No one has ever heard of quality or safety in this company!!!

A terrible company with a terrible attitude towards its customers. At the stage of roughing, they ordered to lay a route for an air conditioner, the director assured that everything would be done carefully, with a fine cutter, in fact they hammered the wall with a puncher without a vacuum cleaner, they did it crookedly, the output for the indoor unit was made very high, the ends of the wires are too short for both the outdoor unit and the indoor one. After we completed the finishing, we turned to them for the installation of the air conditioner itself, the manager requested a photo of the wall where the indoor and outdoor units should be located, and what was my surprise when he began to point out to me their shortcomings and talk about the impossibility of hanging, since there is not enough space, etc. When I said that this was their job, he began to wag and accuse us that everything was wrong with us and that we allegedly leveled the walls, bent the hoses (the walls were not leveled, and in general, what's the point if you make a conclusion?), In general, with a fight, they picked up on the day when we will not be able to be at home and they said the master will bring the air conditioner and we will pay for it first, and then they will only install it. In general, I had to abandon their services, since they made a lot of jambs, and how would they raise a big question. We called excellent craftsmen from another company, who fixed everything and installed an air conditioner for us. And the installation was done for free and the air conditioner came out cheaper. P.s. if you don't want any problems, don't get in touch. They do their job very clumsily.

I asked about the purchase of an air conditioner. at first, I was simply ignored, completely unnoticed. After I drew attention to myself with leading questions, the Consultant looked at me like a redneck. (Most likely distracted from some important chat conversation) In terms of consultation, all the answers are "get off". Yes. No. No. Yes. No. If they advise in this way, then in terms of sales / installation, it is better not to even think about contacting them. Therefore, I do not recommend it.
