Everything is terrible. Managers, of course, are treated with respect, but little depends on them. But they promise one thing and do another. The director can't influence anything at all. The deadlines were postponed three times. Interior doors are big, it's a problem to put them in. I don't recommend it

They took the kitchen!Since it is not convenient to pay for business trips on a monthly basis all the time and they paid after 3-4 months immediately in full, according to the consultant everything was fine and so many do, but in the end during this time they counted the penalty and as it touched they did not say so Well, as always it happens, yes, we did not refuse to pay and of course we paid everything like this as we all understand perfectly well, but the consultant, simply not wanting to listen, behaved very boorishly and also claimed THAT we had not paid anything at all. And yet, as for paying the last payment, there was no record of payment earlier!And the last plot turned out to be much larger because they did not have this spine and they claimed that the last plot was only in December And HERE a completely incompetent consultant began to say that everything would return and of course without saying that they twisted it for themselves and counted the alleged penalty, ALTHOUGH THEY also said that so You can make flesh! Consultants are absolutely not competent in these matters and they know nothing except how to simply accept payments, SO the detector itself INFORMED me, arriving on the call of another consultant who just talked as if they had come to her house, and not as an employee! There is absolutely no subordination even between a subordinate and a director, BUT they may have it that way, it was not even surprising that she did not even let the head say)) She allowed herself to raise her voice and even insulted (calling them inadequate and did not even apologize, she was not the head for her employees)The director of course clarified the situation, but stood his ground, not wanting to hear exactly why we came! From about the 3rd time, they still confirmed that the visit was only due to unqualified managers! They are there just for furniture ... they don't know anything and don't have to explain - this is as stated above from the words of the head!they are OBLIGED to tell the client about their lack of competence, and not to stand and intelligently explain what they do not know. Give the number of someone who can explain everything. In this case, the Director) I wrote a complaint! I hope that my employees will be reminded of their rights and responsibilities... and let them respect etiquette, and not behave as if everything is allowed to them)In the meantime, I'm waiting for the report (although I won't be surprised that it will just be a scribble in order to get behind. Therefore, if you take something and clarify something in cases, contact us directly and record the conversation! Since it is very difficult to convey to them ... they just talk back and also 1000 times without letting you say and after the comments have been made, they still manage to make them to you))) this is just rudeness on the part of consultants at both addresses ( Batova started being rude at the last payment when they asked to clarify the balance and she called back and started talking rudely, but realizing that I was not in conflict with her, she lowered her tone
