I bought an iPhone 15 pro from this organization, the girl did not pay any attention to my friend and me from the very entrance ... it felt like we came to the bazaar for potatoes. They asked me to bring several models of different colors, and, of course, I wanted to see the boxes, for reliability (because the purchase is not for 3 kopecks anyway), to which they immediately received the answer: - girls, this is not a store, but a pick-up point, tell me immediately what color and model you need. Although I clarified all questions on the phone about the consultation in the store itself, because they asked me to drive up to the office myself, instead of arranging delivery.
In general, what is the result: after the purchase, they did not even offer to purchase anything additionally (power supply, case, protective glass); the girl did not help in any way, everything had to be pulled out by themselves and consulted with a friend through social networks (it took a lot of time for this), and the girl most likely just waited for her food delivery And she wanted us to get out of here as soon as possible.
I'm an unpretentious customer, but they could have already given me a bag.
I also called the warden, who sneered at us as if we were animals in a zoo.
