I contacted Instagram with a problem with my phone at 18:25. They answered at 18.55 to come with a phone and a guarantee. I'm calling to find out the work schedule, the shopping center in Yandex until 21.00, in Google until 20.00, there is no information about the working hours on Instagram at all.
As a result, the guys work only until 19.00, the young man said that they would not have time to receive my phone today. After the information that, unfortunately, the warranty service ends today, and a conversation with the manager, and then with the head, they refused to take the phone under warranty due to the fact that I did not have time)
Although I could, if I knew that they work until 19.00. They only offered to fix the phone from their master at the cost of parts. But it was the official warranty service that I wanted. We didn't go to the meeting, it's a pity.
