It's just the most terrible workshop, it's a pity you can't give a minus 5 stars. They cheated me on the motherboard, fed me breakfast, and the attitude was rude. I've regretted coming here a million times.

Terrible service! They did not warn that the diagnosis is paid (35p). After the repair, they will call and tell you how much it will cost - they did not call, as a result, I had to go to find out. We agreed with the manager that they would repair and call back when ready, a month passed and I decided that I needed to visit them again and find out what could be done there for a month. As a result, they just forgot about my order.

The service center apparently has no interest in making money. Because I came to the office and there was a sign on the closed doors-the entrance to the service center from the main entrance. Going inside from the main entrance, their door was again closed with a sign-entrance from the street. No one picks up the phone. Customer focus is at zero.

The horror! they took the laptop for diagnostics, promised to cope with it in a day. I couldn't pick it up for almost 4 days. And he's a worker for me. They have an announcement in their office that they pay 5 rubles for a good review. The touchpad stopped pressing after their diagnosis. I highly recommend it.
