Firstly, the male master who performed the haircut had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes from his hands, which created discomfort during the procedure. Secondly, the haircut technique was inadequate: the master constantly changed the nozzles on the clipper, which led to an uneven hair cut. As a result, the haircut turned out to be sloppy and did not meet my expectations. In addition, after the haircut, I left the barbershop with a wet head, which is also a violation of service standards. In general, this experience turned out to be unsatisfactory and does not correspond to the level of professionalism expected from a barbershop.
