I recently signed up for this salon to trim my bangs. Unfortunately, urgent matters appeared on the day of recording, and we had to reschedule the recording for 18.00. On the appointed day at 17.00, the receptionist girl calls me, rudely telling me off that I did not show up. To my remark that I did not sign up for 17.00, but 18.00 (since I work until 17.00), they replied that they would no longer serve me in this salon. Please either record conversations with clients or cure the administrator of deafness and teach her how to communicate with people. Otherwise, you will lose all your regular customers. I'm definitely not a foot anymore. Although the masters are good. Very sorry
