I don't like writing bad reviews, but not this time. There are no complaints about the pharmacy chain itself, I love them, so I'll give them 5 stars, but the staff... I think you should know that. I made two orders yesterday for 2 drugs per pharmacy, we live 25 km away. My husband went to pick it up - the "sellers" convinced me that order 1 and 1 were returned. (I didn't call, because I was on my way from work right away, and at that time the child was asleep, and even sick). After 3 hours, I went to buy something that wasn't given away. I explained the situation, and they answer me.: My partner knocked me down, I'll get it now. I didn't even need the order number this time... And he brings me 2 of my medications and not my pills. I say it's not mine, but hers - it was added to the order later. The question is, who? Ask the person who made the order, he says, but I ordered it. I have a text message. I ask, why didn't you get a discount card? The answer is that no one suggested it.... And with a look like it's my fault for the whole situation. They didn't even say sorry... No comments... Wasted nerves, fuel, an hour of time. So, be vigilant. Control the orders yourself, offer a discount card yourself and you will be happy.
