It was January 6, 2025. This museum is the case when everything is decided by the staff. It consists of one room, filled with all sorts of ancient and incomprehensible utensils, so all this can be interesting only with a good guide and interested staff. And this turned out to be an extreme problem. The aunt who greeted us turned out to be extremely unfriendly, and in the end she was just rude. And judging by the reviews, this story happened not only to us. And at first she said that "if you are interested in something, ask me." Apparently, this is a catchphrase. But after the first question about the history and organization of the pharmacy in the past, a dull irritation began, then almost shouting at the child, "Don't touch it with your hands!" (about the souvenir-wrapped soap for sale), then it just came down to "all sorts of people are walking around here" when asked to be at least a little more polite. I didn't want any excursions after that. In short, we were out of luck, apparently. We read good reviews about the museum, but we didn't see anything good. We still don't know what kind of utensils are in this room. Or U, the beast!

The pharmacy Museum is an original, beautiful place. Admission is free, but you have to pay to take a photo inside... Pennies , but still strange . We were also very pleasantly surprised to feel the difference in service. There is a very nice, pleasant, and helpful girl in the pharmacy itself, and a disgruntled, rude woman in the pharmacy museum. She answered the questions with obvious aggression .

In Minsk, there is one showcase in an ordinary pharmacy and the pharmacist manages to tell about the exposition, he recommended this place. OK, the tour costs money here. And say good morning too? I was selling vet drugs at a pet store and, being tired, I greeted them. In general, not only the theater begins with a hanger. I didn't want to take the tour. Let possibly personal motives go to a psychologist. Anything can happen.

And even a photo shoot costs 1 Belarusian ruble, but it must also be paid in cash.
For this reason, we were unable to buy handmade soap and tea.
Is it really so difficult to install a card payment terminal?
Moreover, in the next room of the city pharmacy, payment by bank cards is accepted.
